Hydro Traveler's personal DPS falls short for Abyss floor 12. Viable only in hyper-invested teams such as
IMPORTANT NOTICE: At the time of writing, Hydro Traveler provides no team utility that another unit cannot fill better – including Barbara, obtainable at AR 18.
SUPPORT
Lacking utility, this playstyle focuses on using Skill and Burst to trigger support weapon/artifact passives and deal Pneuma damage via Skill. Only recommended if Pneuma is needed and Traveler is your sole source. Note that the guaranteeable 4-star "Sword of Narzissenkreuz" also provides an Arkhe attack for other characters, further diminishing Hydro Traveler's usability if obtained.
Regarding Artifact Sets:
- Tenacity of the Millelith: Only used with hold version of Skill.
ON FIELD DPS
Can be used as on-field DPS, typically only worth it in teams with Furina, Bennett, and a flexible unit. Their DPS is not extremely high.
Regarding Weapon Choices:
- Uraku Misugiri: Best weapon in teams with a
- Summit Shaper: Ranked assuming C4 provides a shield.
- Wolf Fang: At [R5] roughly equal to Light of Foliar Incision.
- Favonius Sword: Its utility may surpass above options.
