This endgame build maximizes Rossi's damage potential by stacking critical rate to trigger Lupine Scarlet's powerful buff. The MI Security set further amplifies crit rate and attack, while Redeemer Gloves strengthen her Ultimate. The result is a sub-DPS who can deal massive consistent damage while debuffing enemies.

Weapon: Lupine Scarlet boosts both Physical and Heat damage on crit, stacking up to huge bonuses after 16 crits. It synergizes perfectly with Rossi's Combo Skill crit buffs.

Gear: MI Security set increases crit rate and attack on crit, multiplying with the weapon. Redeemer Gloves boost her high-impact Ultimate damage.

Alternatives: Glorious Memory can replace Lupine Scarlet if you prefer ultimate-focused damage, but requires constant Vulnerability application. Sundering Steel and Wave Tide are fallback options but lack crit rate, dropping damage significantly.
