Dahlia offers both shielding and an ATK SPD increase to characters protected by his shield, both of which scale with his HP%. As such, building ER to use Dahlia's Burst and building HP% to increase his support capabilities are the focus of his build.
Weapon Choices:
- Peak Patrol Song and Freedom-Sworn: Both of these weapons do not aid Dahlia's stats, but offer some team buffing in return. Only use these if your team can reliably trigger their respective passives, and you've met ER and HP% thresholds.
