Best teams for Prune

1

Hexerei Team

Prune excels in Hexerei teams where multiple Hexerei characters amplify each other's ATK-based buffs. Varka and Venti are premier DPS options that can trigger Swirl themselves, increasing Prune's ATK and her buff potency.

Stack multiple ATK buffers to exponentially increase Prune's DMG buff. Hexerei Resonance further boosts team damage.

Team composition: Prune (Anemo Buffer / Sub-DPS), Varka (Anemo Main DPS), Venti (Anemo Sub-DPS / Support), Klee (Pyro Sub-DPS)

Prune·Anemo Buffer / Sub-DPS

Main buffer and sub-DPS; provides ATK-based DMG buff and off-field Anemo damage.

Weapons: Skyward Atlas

Artifacts: 4pc Viridescent Venerer

Substats: ATK% > ATK > Energy Recharge

2

General Sub-DPS Teams

B

Prune can function as a general Anemo Sub-DPS in non-Hexerei teams, such as Clorinde Aggravate with Fischl and Kirara.

Prune provides off-field Anemo damage and ATK buffs to enhance an Aggravate or other reaction-based team.

Team composition: Prune (Anemo Sub-DPS/Support), Clorinde (Electro Main DPS), Fischl (Electro Sub-DPS), Kirara (Dendro Support)

Prune·Anemo Sub-DPS/Support

Sub-DPS and buffer; provides off-field Anemo damage and ATK buffs.

Weapons: Skyward Atlas

Artifacts: 4pc Viridescent Venerer

Substats: ATK% > Energy Recharge

3

Hexerei Team

S

Prune's best team archetype. Hexerei resonance and multiple ATK buffers amplify each other, skyrocketing team damage.

Stack ATK buffs through Hexerei resonance and Swirl reactions. Prune's DMG% buff scales with her ATK, which is boosted by other Hexerei members like Nicole and Durin.

Team composition: Prune (Anemo Sub-DPS and Buffer), Varka (Anemo Main DPS), Venti (Anemo Sub-DPS), Nicole (Pyro Support)

Prune·Anemo Sub-DPS and Buffer

Sub-DPS and buffer. Provides Swirl application and teamwide DMG buffs.

Weapons: Skyward Atlas

Artifacts: 4pc Viridescent Venerer

Substats: ATK% > ATK > Energy Recharge

4

Hexerei Teams

A

Prune's best team when placed in Hexerei comps. Varka and Venti are premier DPS options that increase Prune's ATK with Swirls, feeding back into more damage. Nicole and Durin amplify each other's buffs.

Use multiple Anemo/Hexerei characters to stack ATK buffs, creating a feedback loop that boosts the entire team's damage.

Team composition: Prune (Anemo Sub-DPS/Support), Varka (Anemo Main DPS), Nicole (Pyro Support), Durin (Pyro Sub-DPS)

Prune·Anemo Sub-DPS/Support

Sub-DPS and buffer; provides ATK buffs and off-field Anemo damage.

Verdict and Punishment

Verdict and Punishment

Ascension Phase 1
During the Elemental Burst The Bell Tolls! The Hunt Is On!, after the Witchlure Bell in Hunter-Seeker mode deals DMG to an opponent, if this DMG triggers Swirl on an opponent, it will also summon a Banehunter Oathhammer that will deal 150% of Prune's ATK as DMG to them, with the DMG Type matching the Elemental Conversion from the Swirl. This DMG is considered Elemental Burst DMG.
Tolling Synchronicity

Tolling Synchronicity

Ascension Phase 4
After Prune hits an opponent with the Banehunter Oathhammer that has undergone Elemental Conversion, other nearby party members will gain the Tolling Rally effect for 5s: When Normal, Charged, or Plunging Attacks, or Elemental Skills and Bursts deal DMG to opponents, that attack's DMG will be increased based on the portion of Prune's ATK in excess of 2,000 when they become affected by the Tolling Rally effect. Every excess ATK point increases that instance of DMG by 0.025%, up to a total of 50% max.

Default

Prune's outfit. The somber tones of this outfit, scrupulously chosen to project an air of poise that belies her tender age, are complemented by metallic flourishes that declare her intent to "show no mercy" toward all "witches"... or at least, that's how she sees it.
