Ranked as a top-tier unit thanks to their role as a Physical main damage dealer built around Crush, plus a personal ATK buff from their talent. As the only character who applies Originium Crystals, they keep a strong identity in Physical lineups even into the late game.
This is the late-game Physical carry setup for Endministrator. Grand Vision supplies Attack, Agility, Physical DMG and Arts Intensity, so both regular skill damage and Crush detonations are amplified at the same time. The Grizzled Edge armor set layers a flat ATK increase on top of a Physical DMG Dealt buff that grows with the number of Vulnerability stacks consumed, and it becomes even stronger against targets that are already Vulnerable, Staggered, or holding Originium Crystals. Because the buff activates off Crush or Breach applications, Endministrator triggers it naturally on every rotation in a Physical team, and their crystal consumption talent adds a further self ATK buff on top. Players with leftover Swordmancer or Æthertech pieces can substitute those in place of equivalent Grizzled Edge slots without losing stats.

Core Mechanics
- Endministrator's kit cycles through Physical Status applications: they plant Vulnerability and Originium Crystals, then detonate them in a specific order for bonus damage.
- Constructive Sequence applies Crush, which either stacks Vulnerability (if it lands first) or consumes existing Vulnerability (if it lands later) for extra damage.
- Sealing Sequence pins Originium Crystals onto enemies and briefly locks them down; breaking the crystals with a Physical Status or Vulnerability deals additional Physical DMG.
- Bombardment Sequence deals heavy Physical DMG and Stagger in a fan-shaped area, and shatters any remaining Originium Crystals for one extra hit.
- Originium Crystals are unique to Endministrator and also act as a trigger for other Operators such as Alesh, whose Combo Skill activates when a crystal is consumed.
Scaling
- Both their main and secondary attributes, Agility and Strength, drive damage, so attribute-boosting gear and weapon essences pay off immediately from the early game.
- Arts Intensity scales the Crush procs, so late-game builds invest in it once base attack and Agility are covered.
- Their damage ceiling strongly depends on team support: teammates must stack Vulnerability and apply Physical Status so Endministrator's Crush and crystal shatters land at full value.
Team Role
Endministrator is a Physical main DPS who anchors mono-Physical compositions. They are the only unit that applies Originium Crystals, a debuff that immobilizes the target and detonates for bonus Physical damage when a Physical Status or Vulnerability is applied. Within a rotation they usually act as the closer: teammates stack Vulnerability and Physical sustain first, then Endministrator's Crush consumes those stacks and their Ultimate shatters the crystals left by their Combo Skill. Their talent also grants a personal ATK buff whenever crystals are consumed, and at higher potential this buff is shared at half strength with the rest of the team, which pushes them toward buff-friendly lineups. Pairing them with units that reliably apply Physical Status or Vulnerability (and with Alesh, whose Combo Skill triggers off crystal consumption) maximizes the rotation. They also work as a dependable on-field carry in the early and mid game, where their free acquisition makes them the natural default damage dealer.

Explanation
Grand Vision is chosen first because its essence priority of Attack, Agility and Infliction feeds both the base damage and the Crush-triggered bonus damage Endministrator relies on.
Eminent Repute is the utility swap: it trades a little personal output for an attack buff that reaches the rest of the squad, and its essence priority shifts toward main attribute, Physical DMG and Brutality.
Sundering Steel stays relevant as the free option since its Agility, Physical DMG and Combative essence overlap with what the build needs.
Grizzled Edge is the endgame armor because applying Crush or Breach converts into a stacking Physical DMG Dealt buff, and its pieces also add Arts Intensity to strengthen Crush.
The set shines when the team keeps four Vulnerability stacks up so every Crush detonation scales the buff at maximum value.
Notes
- Grand Vision covers every stat Endministrator wants: Attack, Agility, Physical DMG and Arts Intensity, which directly raises Crush proc damage.
- The Grizzled Edge set gives a flat ATK boost and converts Crush or Breach applications into a Physical DMG Dealt buff that scales with the number of Vulnerability stacks consumed.
- The bonus grows further when the target is already Vulnerable, Staggered, or carrying Originium Crystals, which is easy to guarantee in a mono-Physical team.
- If you already artificed Swordmancer pieces, Æthertech Gloves can replace the Grizzled Edge gauntlets and a Swordmancer Flint can replace one Push Knife, since their stat lines match.
