Estella lands at B tier mainly because her usefulness is tied to applying Physical Susceptibility while Solidification is active, which her own Cryo Infliction can set up. Shatter-focused compositions currently see less use than straight Physical teams, so her unique contribution is often replaced. She still works fine as a low-rarity Cryo sub-DPS/support for players building around reactions.
This is Estella's late-game setup for reaction-focused teams, where she contributes both a debuff and real damage. The OBJ Razorhorn polearm is equipped to boost her attack and Physical output while adding effect on Infliction, and the Type 50 Yinglung set is worn because its bonus triggers off any teammate's battle skill and funnels extra damage into her next combo skill, which is exactly the skill that applies Physical Susceptibility. Since her combo skill and ultimate carry most of her damage, the whole setup is built to push those two multipliers rather than her basic attacks. Swordmancer TAC Gauntlets occupy the glove slot as a stat-focused off-piece for Strength, Will and Physical DMG Bonus. The build fits a sub-DPS role inside Shatter compositions: she sets up Solidification with Cryo Infliction, cashes it in with the combo skill for Susceptibility, and then lets the team and her ultimate convert that into Lift and extra Physical damage.

Core Mechanics
- Onomatopoeia pushes a lance thrust that deals Cryo damage along a straight line and applies Cryo Infliction, opening the door to Solidification reactions.
- Distortion only becomes available once an enemy is suffering Solidification; it hits for Physical damage, force-Lifts enemies in a small area, and adds bonus damage plus Physical Susceptibility if the target is still solidified.
- Tremolo is an area slam that deals Physical damage around Estella and applies Lift to any enemy already carrying Physical Susceptibility.
- Talent Commiseration returns SP to the next Onomatopoeia cast after a Shatter occurs, while Laziness Pays Off Now merely reduces incoming Cryo damage and is highly situational.
Scaling
- Her output curves toward the extra hit on Distortion and toward Tremolo, so stat investment leans on Will and Physical DMG rather than raw Attack alone.
- In the early game cheap gear is enough because she mostly exists to enable reactions; her ceiling stays modest no matter the investment.
- She is heavily team dependent: without a reliable way to reach Solidification, her Susceptibility application and combo trigger rarely happen.
Team Role
Estella functions as a reaction enabler and secondary damage dealer rather than a primary carry. Her job in a lineup is to first tag enemies with Cryo Infliction through Onomatopoeia, then let the team push those targets into Solidification so Distortion becomes available. When the combo trigger fires, she applies Physical Susceptibility, which raises the Physical damage the whole team deals to that target, and Tremolo later converts that debuff into Lift for extra crowd control. Because of this, she wants teammates that can guarantee Solidification or Shatter windows and other Physical damage dealers who profit from her debuff. She is usually slotted as the second or third damage source in a Shatter-oriented composition, with her skill order being Battle Skill first, Combo Skill second, and Ultimate last to convert the Susceptibility into Lift. Outside of reaction teams she offers little, so she should only be fielded when the rest of the lineup supports the Solidification plan.

Explanation
OBJ Razorhorn is the top choice because its passive meshes with Estella's damage pattern and it supplies both attack and Physical damage to amplify her hits.
Type 50 Yinglung rewards the habit of having allies cast battle skills, stacking damage on the next combo skill, which lines up exactly with how Distortion is cycled.
The off-set Swordmancer gloves patch up her Strength, Will and Physical DMG Bonus, keeping her personal damage relevant while the set handles the combo skill multiplier.
Valiant is a reasonable pick for the extra attack when she is already applying Susceptibility, while Mountain Bearer is only a stat stick because she gains nothing from its Agility.
Notes
- Weapon essences should be pushed in the order Will Boost, then Physical DMG Boost, then Infliction.
- The gloves are an off-set slot chosen for Strength, Will and Physical DMG Bonus instead of a set bonus.
- JET is a fine stand-in until OBJ Razorhorn's essences are invested, after which it falls behind.
