The in-game name for the premium currency is Polychrome, which is what the codes list as their reward. If you see "Polychromes" elsewhere, it is the same thing.
How to redeem in under a minute
You cannot claim codes from the title screen. You need to be inside New Eridu with an Inter-Knot account that has reached Level 5. From there the process is straightforward:
- Open Zenless Zone Zero and log in.
- Press Esc to pull up the main menu.
- Click More from the row of icons at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Redemption Code.
- Paste or type the code into the text box.
- Hit Redeem.
- Go back to the More menu and open your in-game mailbox to collect the rewards.
Each code works once per account. If a code fails, it has either expired or already been redeemed on that account. There is no way around the one-use limit.
