Arknights: Endfield’s Dreamscape of Wind and Snow Adds Smarter Farming Routes and PC Planning Tools

If you have been putting off your daily resource runs in Arknights: Endfield, the latest patch might change your mind. The Dreamscape of Wind and Snow update rolls out a reworked set of official Game Tools built around cutting down busywork, and for anyone who treats farming as a chore, the headline feature is a route optimizer that strings together multiple pickup points into a single pass.

Why the map changes matter

Resource gathering in Endfield has always rewarded players who memorize spawn locations, but the new Map Tools aim to remove that burden. A freshly added zone comes with position markers, and the route feature plots an efficient path that collects Aurylenes, storage crates, and other materials along the way. The practical payoff is straightforward: less time backtracking across the map, more time spent on content that actually needs your attention.

There is also a direct line to the developers now. A feedback portal sits inside the tools, so bug reports and feature suggestions go straight to the team instead of getting lost in community threads.

A progression planner that finally lives on PC

The Progression Calculator has been mobile-only for a while, which was awkward for anyone who does their planning on a desktop. That changes with this patch. The PC version includes a “Save image” button at the bottom of the materials interface, so you can export your build plan and keep it on a second screen while you play.

The developers also wired the calculator directly into the game itself. Boot up Arknights: Endfield, open the [Protosync] menu, and the [Game Tools] icon takes you to the tools page without alt-tabbing. The integration is the kind of convenience that sounds minor until you are mid-grind and realize you no longer need to juggle a browser tab.

Widgets pick up a guide portal and a survey

Players who use the Widget feature have a new way to stay current with it. Inside the SKPORT app, navigate to the Arknights: Endfield section and tap the [Widget] icon at the top to reach a guide post explaining how the feature works. A feedback survey sits in the same spot, which is worth filling out if you have opinions about what the Widgets should do next. It is a small addition, but a useful one for anyone who wants the tooling to keep improving.

Typhoeus joins the team-building tools

The [Team Picks] and [Build Guide] pages now include the new operator Typhoeus. If you were lucky enough to pull her, you can browse team compositions other Endmins have submitted, or post your own build to show how you are running her. The feature matters most right after a new operator drops, when the meta is still settling and nobody is quite sure what works.

Wiki support expands beyond English

Language support is also broadening. The WIKI now reads in Vietnamese, with a language selector in the upper-right corner on PC. The team has confirmed that Purrchena, the Umbra of Frigid Eventide weapon, and additional guide content are scheduled to appear in the WIKI soon. For a game with a global player base, opening up the reference material in more languages is a genuinely useful step rather than a cosmetic one.
