Wuthering Waves Battle Rush lets players earn 2,000 Astrite and Amazon gift cards for combat clips

Kuro Games is handing out 2,000 Astrite and Amazon gift cards to Wuthering Waves players who can capture their best fights on video. The Battle Rush community contest, which runs from August 20 through September 17, 2026, asks Rovers to post short combat clips on social media for a chance at prizes and official recognition.

The event is open to everyone. There are no restrictions on which characters you use, what level your account is, or what kind of fight you record. Any combat footage from the game qualifies, as long as you post it publicly with the right tags.

When and where to submit

Submissions open at 20:00 PT on August 20, 2026, and close at 19:59 PT on September 17, 2026. You can post your clip on any of three platforms: X (formerly Twitter), YouTube Shorts, or TikTok. Each entry must include both #WutheringWaves and #WuwaBattle in the caption or description.

You are allowed to send in multiple entries. But if you publish the same video across different platforms, it will only count once toward the rewards. Keep your post public until the contest ends. If you delete it, you are disqualified.

What the judges care about

The evaluation panel will score entries on four things: how well the clip fits the combat theme, how polished the submission looks, how the community reacts to it, and other factors the judges consider relevant. That means likes, shares, and comments probably help your chances, but they are not the only thing that matters.

Kuro Games has also listed several reasons an entry can be thrown out. Submissions that contain plagiarism, use AI tools to generate content, feature pornography or extreme violence, push political or racist material, or are used for commercial purposes will be rejected. Entries submitted outside the event window or that do not relate to Wuthering Waves gameplay are also disqualified.

If you win, the official team will contact you. You have seven days to reply. Miss that window and you forfeit the reward.

Rewards on the table

Winners receive 2,000 Astrite, enough for several pulls on the gacha banners. On top of that, ten additional winners get a $50 Amazon gift card each. Some of the best entries may also be featured on Wuthering Waves official social media channels, with the creator credited directly.

How to make your clip stand out

The contest has no entry barrier, but a well-made video improves your odds. Here is what experienced players suggest focusing on:

  • Show real skill. Perfect dodges, well-timed parries, and quick-swap combos catch the eye. They prove you know the combat system beyond button mashing.
  • Keep it short. Clips between 30 and 60 seconds hold attention better than longer ones. Cut out the downtime and keep only the best moments.
  • Use simple edits. A slow-motion replay on the killing blow or a clean cut between phases makes the video feel polished without overproducing it.
  • Pick your audio carefully. In-game music or subtle sound effects work well. Copyrighted songs can get your video muted or taken down.
  • Share it around. Post your entry on forums or other platforms to drive views. Community reception is part of the judging criteria.
