After Wanderer equips this card, immediately use Hanega: Song of the Wind once.
When your Wanderer, who has this card equipped, is in Windfavored state and after using Charged Attack: you will spend 1 less Elemental Die the next time you use "Switch Character" and deal 1 Anemo DMG.
