Card Effects

When played: Attach Target to the opposing active character.
When the attached character switches to become the active character, and when the opposing active character hasTarget attached: If possible, Discard 1 Card from your Hand with the highest original Elemental Dice Cost. Then, consider your current Switch instance a Fast Action rather than a Combat Action, make it cost 1 less Elemental Die, and then cancel all Target attached to opposing characters.
