Build Notes
Rank #3
This endgame build focuses on maximizing Chen Qianyu's Vulnerability application and personal damage. Rapid Ascent and the Qingbo set synergize to reduce cooldowns and amplify skill damage. Prioritize Agility and Strength for higher damage, and use Physical DMG Bonus and Skill DMG Bonus substats. This build is best used in teams that can consume Vulnerability stacks for Crush or Breach.
Rapid Ascent is the best weapon because its Twilight passive grants Physical DMG Dealt +42% and an additional 98% against Staggered enemies, which pairs perfectly with Chen Qianyu's Stagger and Vulnerability mechanics.
Glorious Memory is a strong alternative from the Protocol Pass, offering Agility and a damage boost when applying Vulnerability.
Sundering Steel and Aspirant are budget options that still provide Agility, Physical DMG, and conditional ATK buffs.
- The Qingbo set reduces Combo Skill cooldown by 15% and grants Skill DMG Dealt +20% after using Combo Skill, stacking twice.
- Swordmancer armor provides Strength, Agility, and Physical DMG Bonus to boost overall damage.
Best in Slot
This early game build is a budget option that still delivers solid performance. Sundering Steel and the Roving MSGR set provide necessary Agility and Physical DMG. Focus on Agility and Physical DMG substats. Use this build while progressing through the story until you can obtain the endgame Qingbo set and Rapid Ascent.
Sundering Steel is a great early weapon because it boosts Physical DMG and Agility, and its Combative passive increases ATK when inflicting Physical Status, which Chen Qianyu does often.
The Roving MSGR set is cheap to acquire and gives flat Agility and conditional Physical DMG, matching her scaling needs.
- The Roving MSGR set grants +50 Agility and +20% Physical DMG when HP > 80%, which is easy to maintain in early game.
- Sundering Steel provides Physical DMG Boost and Agility, plus an ATK buff after applying a Physical Status.
Rank #4
This endgame build maximizes Pogranichnik's SP regeneration and team support. Frontiers set triggers a party DMG boost each time he recovers SP, while Thermite Cutter amplifies both his and allies' ATK. The off-piece armor improves his Ultimate charge, enabling more frequent SP dumps.
Thermite Cutter is BiS because it gives ATK% and team ATK buff when SP is recovered, stacking with his own buffs.
Never Rest is signature but Physical DMG% is oversaturated; still solid for mono-physical teams.
Eminent Repute and Sundering Steel are budget options but lack teamwide effects.
- Frontiers set provides teamwide DMG buff after SP restoration, core to his support role.
- Bonekrusha off-piece boosts Ultimate charge rate and Will.
Rank #2
For early progression, this build focuses on boosting Pogranichnik's Will and providing some self-sustain. Mordvolt Resistant set increases his main stat and gives a heal when HP is low, while Thermite Cutter offers a team ATK buff that remains useful even later.
Thermite Cutter remains the best early weapon due to Will and team ATK buff.
Sundering Steel is a fallback if you chose other weapons, focusing on personal damage.
Mordvolt set is easy to farm and improves his main stat and survivability.
- Mordvolt Resistant set boosts Will and provides a survival heal at low HP.
- Thermite Cutter is available on the New Horizons banner alongside him.
Rank #3
The endgame DPS build aims to turn Rossi into a crit machine, leveraging her Combo Skill's crit bonuses and the Lupine Scarlet weapon to deal massive mixed Physical and Heat damage. The gear set focuses on critical rate and Ultimate enhancement, ensuring her highest-damage ability hits as hard as possible. Alternative weapons fill the gap for players who lack her signature weapon, with trade-offs in damage type coverage.
Lupine Scarlet is chosen because its Fracture effect grants massive Physical and Heat DMG after stacking crits, which Rossi can quickly build with her multi-hit skills. The crit rate and Agility substats further amplify her crit scaling.
Glorious Memory is a strong alternative if Lupine Scarlet is unavailable, but its buff only affects the Ultimate and requires multiple skill casts to stack.
Sundering Steel is the best F2P option, though its Physical DMG bonus does not apply to her Ultimate (Heat damage).
MI Security set provides the needed crit rate and an ATK buff on critical hits, while Redeemer Gloves as an off-piece boost Ultimate damage significantly.
- This endgame build maximizes Rossi's critical rate to capitalize on her Combo Skill's crit buffs and trigger Seething Blood procs.
- Lupine Scarlet provides both Physical and Heat damage bonuses, aligning perfectly with her mixed damage profile.
- MI Security set boosts crit rate and gives ATK on crit, while Redeemer Gloves enhance Ultimate damage for her strongest skill.

The early game build focuses on Agility and Physical damage to make Rossi effective in early story and boss fights. Sundering Steel provides consistent ATK buffs through status triggers, while the Roving MSGR gear set offers straightforward stat increases. This build is budget-friendly and allows new players to experience Rossi's core playstyle without needing high-investment gear.
Sundering Steel's Combative effect triggers on Physical status application, which Rossi's skills do, granting a substantial ATK boost. Its Physical DMG bonus also enhances her skills, though her Ultimate remains Heat damage.
Roving MSGR set is easy to obtain and gives a flat Agility boost plus conditional Physical damage, making it suitable for the early game where gear options are limited.
The double Gyro cores further increase ATK percentage, providing a balanced stat spread for a new player.
- This early game build uses accessible gear to boost Rossi's primary attribute, Agility, and Physical damage output.
- Sundering Steel is a solid F2P weapon that increases ATK when applying Physical statuses, which Rossi does frequently.
- Roving MSGR set provides extra Agility and Physical damage when HP is high, helping clear early content.
Rank #3
This endgame build turns Endministrator into a devastating Crush DPS. Grand Vision provides the necessary stats to maximize both skill damage and Crush procs, while the Grizzled Edge set amplifies Physical DMG when consuming Vulnerability stacks. The combination allows Endmin to output consistent high burst damage in physical teams. Alternative weapons like Eminent Repute offer team-wide ATK buffs, and Sundering Steel is a strong F2P option.
Grand Vision is chosen for its massive Attack, Agility, and Arts Intensity bonuses, which directly improve Crush damage and skill output.
The weapon's passive triggers on applying Originium Crystals or Solidification, granting a huge Physical DMG boost for the next skill or ultimate.
Grizzled Edge set increases ATK and provides a stacking Physical DMG bonus when consuming Vulnerability stacks, synergizing perfectly with Endmin's Crush rotation.
Stat priority focuses on Agility (main attribute), Strength (secondary), Arts Intensity (for Crush), and Physical DMG Bonus.
- The Grizzled Edge set is the best endgame gear, boosting ATK and Physical DMG when applying Crush or Breach.
- If you have an already upgraded Aethertech Gloves or Swordmancer Flint, you can use them as off-pieces instead of Grizzled Edge Gauntlets or Push Knife, as their stats are identical.
- Prior to Grizzled Edge, the Swordmancer set with Aethertech Gloves was the standard; this build is a direct upgrade.

This early game build provides a strong foundation for Endministrator. Sundering Steel is a free weapon that boosts Agility and Physical DMG while offering consistent ATK buffs. The Roving MSGR set further amplifies Physical damage and Agility. Together, they allow Endmin to perform well in the early to mid-game stages until better gear is farmed.
Sundering Steel is chosen for its Agility and Physical DMG bonuses, which are core stats for Endmin's damage.
The weapon's passive triggers when dealing a Physical status (like Crush), granting a stackable ATK buff for 20s.
Roving MSGR set boosts Agility by 50 and provides 20% Physical DMG when HP is above 80%, easily maintainable with proper healing.
This build is accessible early on, with materials from Ferrium Ore mining and simple craftable components.
- Roving MSGR provides a significant Agility boost and extra Physical DMG when HP is above 80%, making it ideal for early to mid-game.
- Sundering Steel is a free weapon obtained from the Operational Manual, offering Agility, Physical DMG, and an ATK buff on status application.
- Prominent Edge is another viable F2P weapon if Sundering Steel is not available.
