Build Notes

This is the late-game Physical carry setup for Endministrator. Grand Vision supplies Attack, Agility, Physical DMG and Arts Intensity, so both regular skill damage and Crush detonations are amplified at the same time. The Grizzled Edge armor set layers a flat ATK increase on top of a Physical DMG Dealt buff that grows with the number of Vulnerability stacks consumed, and it becomes even stronger against targets that are already Vulnerable, Staggered, or holding Originium Crystals. Because the buff activates off Crush or Breach applications, Endministrator triggers it naturally on every rotation in a Physical team, and their crystal consumption talent adds a further self ATK buff on top. Players with leftover Swordmancer or Æthertech pieces can substitute those in place of equivalent Grizzled Edge slots without losing stats.
Grand Vision is chosen first because its essence priority of Attack, Agility and Infliction feeds both the base damage and the Crush-triggered bonus damage Endministrator relies on.
Eminent Repute is the utility swap: it trades a little personal output for an attack buff that reaches the rest of the squad, and its essence priority shifts toward main attribute, Physical DMG and Brutality.
Sundering Steel stays relevant as the free option since its Agility, Physical DMG and Combative essence overlap with what the build needs.
Grizzled Edge is the endgame armor because applying Crush or Breach converts into a stacking Physical DMG Dealt buff, and its pieces also add Arts Intensity to strengthen Crush.
The set shines when the team keeps four Vulnerability stacks up so every Crush detonation scales the buff at maximum value.
  • Grand Vision covers every stat Endministrator wants: Attack, Agility, Physical DMG and Arts Intensity, which directly raises Crush proc damage.
  • The Grizzled Edge set gives a flat ATK boost and converts Crush or Breach applications into a Physical DMG Dealt buff that scales with the number of Vulnerability stacks consumed.
  • The bonus grows further when the target is already Vulnerable, Staggered, or carrying Originium Crystals, which is easy to guarantee in a mono-Physical team.
  • If you already artificed Swordmancer pieces, Æthertech Gloves can replace the Grizzled Edge gauntlets and a Swordmancer Flint can replace one Push Knife, since their stat lines match.
A budget-friendly opening build that keeps Endministrator functional from roughly level 15 through 30. Sundering Steel, obtained for free from the Operational Manual, stacks Agility, Physical DMG and Combative essences, which is exactly the profile the character wants; Prominent Edge serves as an interchangeable free substitute. The Roving MSGR set supplies a large Agility boost as its first effect and an additional Physical DMG bonus while the wearer stays above 80% health, both of which directly raise Endministrator's attack and Crush damage. Because the set is assembled from Ferrium Components, it is cheap to craft and can be worn temporarily until a full Grizzled Edge set is farmed.
Sundering Steel leads the early progression because its essence priority of Agility, Physical DMG and Combative matches Endministrator's damage formula without requiring banner pulls.
Prominent Edge is listed as the swap option since it also raises Agility and Physical DMG, keeping the playstyle identical while gearing up.
Roving MSGR is recommended because its set bonus hands out a large chunk of Agility, Endministrator's main attribute, plus extra Physical DMG while health stays high.
Since the set is built from easily farmed Ferrium materials, it is a low-cost bridge into the endgame armor without wasting resources.
  • Sundering Steel is handed out for clearing the first node of the Operational Manual, so the build costs nothing to assemble.
  • Prominent Edge is an equally workable free alternative, also boosting Agility while adding Physical DMG and Attack through its skills.
  • The Roving MSGR set is crafted from Ferrium Components, which become available as soon as Ferrium Ore can be mined.
  • Target roughly level 15 to 30 for this stage before transitioning into the Grizzled Edge setup.
This endgame setup is built to squeeze the most out of Rossi's crit interaction. Lupine Scarlet provides Critical Rate, Agility, and both Heat and Physical damage boosts, all of which her kit actually uses, and its Fracture stack is trivial to maintain given how many hits her skills land. MI Security adds more Critical Rate and a stacking ATK buff after crits, which matters because her Combo Skill hands her a large Critical DMG boost that only pays off if she is actually critting. The Redeemer Gloves off-piece rounds the setup out while the armor contributes Ultimate energy for smoother rotations. The result is a build that works both as a hypercarry and as a debuffing sub-DPS.
Lupine Scarlet is picked first because it raises Critical Rate, Agility, Heat DMG, and Physical DMG all at once, and its Fracture effect is easy to max out with her rapid hits.
Glorious Memory is the next best pick: it mirrors the Agility and Crit Rate package but only boosts Ultimate damage, and maxing Twilight needs at least three Battle or Combo Skill casts.
Sundering Steel is the strongest free-to-play choice, though its Physical DMG bonus misses her Ultimate, which deals Heat damage.
Prominent Edge is a low-rarity filler option for early progression or when nothing better is available.
MI Security is chosen for its Critical Rate and stacking ATK effect, letting her scale the crit buffs her Combo Skill grants.
  • Lupine Scarlet stacks up quickly with Rossi's multi-hit kit and boosts both her Heat and Physical damage, matching her mixed damage profile.
  • The MI Security set pumps her Critical Rate so the crit damage from Moment of Blazing Shadow and her Ultimate is worth far more.
  • Redeemer Gloves is carried as an off-piece instead of a full four-piece of the same set.
Rossi
Best in Slot
This early game build keeps things cheap and effective. Sundering Steel supplies Agility and Combo Skill damage, which is exactly what Rossi needs before premium swords are available, and it does not ask for anything hard to farm. The full Roving MSGR set doubles down on Agility, boosting her main scaling stat and giving a flat Physical damage bonus while she stays above 80% HP. It is a straightforward way to get Rossi online during the early game and clear progression bottlenecks like the Triaggelos fight.
Sundering Steel is taken as the easiest strong weapon to obtain at this stage, and its Agility and Combo Skill damage support fits Rossi's early rotation.
A full Roving MSGR set is used because it piles on Agility, which is her primary attribute, giving a clean damage bump during the early game.
The set's conditional Physical DMG relies on staying above 80% HP, so it pairs well with a healer or careful play.
This setup helps push past early progression walls such as the Triaggelos boss before better gear is farmed.
  • Sundering Steel is the best accessible pick early on, so this is the natural choice before higher-rarity swords are available.
  • Roving MSGR leans on Agility, Rossi's main stat, so it scales her damage without needing rare gear.
  • The set's Physical DMG bonus only activates while her HP stays above 80%, so keep her healthy.
This endgame setup leans into Chen Qianyu's role as an enabler rather than a raw carry. Rapid Ascent supplies the burst-oriented stats her Ultimate wants, while the Qingbo set shortens her Combo Skill cooldown so Soar to the Stars fires more often and keeps Vulnerability running on the field. The gear pieces simultaneously raise Agility, Strength, Physical DMG, and Skill DMG, which matches every stat her kit actually converts into damage. The result is a sub-DPS that keeps feeding Crush and Breach opportunities to the main carry while still contributing respectable burst whenever enemies are staggered.
Rapid Ascent is picked first because her damage profile is concentrated in the Ultimate, and the weapon's Twilight effect lines up with that burst window.
Glorious Memory is the next best pick if you have access to the Protocol Pass weapon supply, trading raw attribute scaling for a Twilight proc of its own.
Sundering Steel and Aspirant are budget answers that still give useful Agility, Physical DMG, and conditional buffs that her kit can activate.
Qingbo is chosen over pure damage sets because its Combo Skill cooldown reduction feeds the Vulnerability engine that defines her value in physical lineups.
  • Rapid Ascent plus the Qingbo set is the strongest pairing because both sides of the kit reward the same thing: repeating skill casts.
  • The Qingbo bonus shortens the Combo Skill cooldown, which in practice means more Vulnerability stacks fed to the rest of the team.
  • Remember that the recommended armor piece comes from a different set than the rest of the listed pieces.
A starter configuration for players who have not yet farmed endgame gear. Sundering Steel supplies Physical DMG and Agility, and the Roving MSGR set stacks the Agility she is built around while adding a Physical DMG bonus that stays up as long as she keeps her health high. The two Gyro slots also contribute flat attack, so she can actually threaten enemies rather than only setting up Lifts. It is not the strongest version of Chen Qianyu, but it costs little and keeps her core Lift-and-Vulnerability pattern intact while you work toward the Qingbo build.
Sundering Steel leads the weapon slot here because its Physical DMG and Agility rolls are exactly what an early Chen Qianyu converts into damage, with a conditional bonus she can keep active.
Aspirant works as a fallback if you happen to own it instead, since its Twilight and attribute lines still support her burst pattern.
Roving MSGR is chosen because its Agility stat and high-HP Physical DMG bonus complement a character who scales off both, and the Gyro pieces add flat attack on top.
Switching to the Qingbo setup later is the natural upgrade path once the endgame set becomes available.
  • Sundering Steel and the Roving MSGR set are easy to assemble early and both push the Agility she naturally favours.
  • The set's conditional Physical DMG bump only holds while she stays healthy, so keep her out of chip damage where possible.
  • Both Roving MSGR Gyro slots add attack, which helps her contribute real damage before better gear is available.
This endgame setup commits fully to Pogranichnik's support identity. Thermite Cutter turns his SP restoration into Attack for the whole party while padding his Will, and the Frontiers set adds Combo Skill cooldown reduction plus a team-wide DMG buff whenever he recovers SP. Using Bonekrusha Poncho T1 as an off-piece accelerates his Ultimate for more SP and adds Will and Agility. Together these pieces keep the Vulnerable-to-Breach-to-SP cycle running and amplify the damage his allies deal, which is exactly what a physical squad wants from him.
Lead with Thermite Cutter so his SP restoration converts into Attack for both himself and the squad.
Run four Frontiers pieces for the SP-triggered team DMG bonus and quicker Combo Skill cycles.
Swap the armor slot to Bonekrusha Poncho T1 for faster Ultimate charge and extra Will and Agility.
Never Rest is the second pick since Physical DMG% is oversaturated by gear; Eminent Repute is a weaker fallback and Sundering Steel only helps his own damage.
Essence order is Flow, then Attack Boost, then Will Boost.
  • Thermite Cutter outranks his own signature because its team-wide Attack buff matches his support role.
  • The Frontiers set provides Combo Skill cooldown reduction plus a party DMG buff after SP is restored.
  • A Bonekrusha Poncho T1 off-piece charges his Ultimate faster while adding Will and Agility.
A budget-friendly starting point that keeps Pogranichnik's SP engine online without rare gear. The full Mordvolt Resistant set lifts his Will, which feeds his support scaling, and adds a Treatment Effect bonus when he drops below half HP. Thermite Cutter remains the top choice because it arrives on the New Horizons banner alongside him and still grants a party Attack buff after SP is restored, while Sundering Steel is the simpler damage-oriented alternative if the Weapon Selector was used elsewhere.
Take Thermite Cutter first because it comes from the New Horizons banner next to him and supplies Will plus a party Attack buff after SP restoration.
Fill all four slots with Mordvolt Resistant gear to boost Will and gain a Treatment Effect bonus while below half HP.
Use Sundering Steel from the Weapon Selector only if Thermite Cutter is not available, accepting reduced team utility.
Essence order is Flow, then Will Boost, then Attack Boost.
  • Mordvolt Resistant is cheap to assemble early and raises his main stat, Will.
  • Thermite Cutter is the obvious first pick since it is available on the New Horizons banner alongside him.
  • Sundering Steel is the fallback if the Weapon Selector was spent on a different option.
