Best set for sub-DPS Yinlin. Helps her cast Resonance Liberation more often and provides utility buffs to the main DPS. Utility outweighs the loss in her personal damage.
Provides buffs to both the active Resonator and herself through Critical Coordinated Attacks. Less consistent because Coordinated Attacks depend on marks, so it's second-best.
If you're missing a primary DPS and only have Yinlin, Void Thunder is a usable Sonata for a more DPS-focused Yinlin. Nightmare Tempest Mephis is preferred, or the normal Tempest Mephis early-game.

Xiangli Yao Electro Premium Team
Open with Shorekeeper, and use her Basic Attacks and Resonance Skill to generate Flare Star and Dim Star Butterflies. Build up her Resonance energy and Concerto Energy as well., Use Shorekeeper's Resonance Liberation. With max Concerto Energy, swap to Yinlin to trigger her Intro Skill and start building up her Concerto Energy and Forte Circuit bars., Apply Sinner's Mark onto enemies and cast Resonance Skill to deal extra damage. Once up, cast her Resonance Liberation to deal good damage against enemies., Use Heavy Attack once her Forte Circuit is full to consume all Judgement Points and deal significant damage against enemies. This will also convert all Sinner's Marks into Punishment Marks., Once her Concerto Gauge is full, switch to Xiangli Yao to trigger her Outro Skill, providing Electro DMG and Resonance Liberation DMG amplification to the next Resonator., Use Xiangli Yao's Liberation as soon as you can and start beating down on the enemies with his optimal damage rotations. Yinlin will provide off-field Coordinated Attacks to all marked enemies., Once his Liberation ends and you have exhausted all Hypercubes, swap back to Shorekeeper with max Concerto Energy to detonate her Stellarealm. Repeat the steps until all enemies are felled.
Iuno Resonance Liberation DMG Team
Start with Shorekeeper, and use her Basic Attacks and Resonance Skill to generate Flare Star and Dim Star Butterflies. Build up her Resonance energy and Concerto Energy as well., Once Shorekeeper's Resonance Liberation is available, cast it to deploy Stellarealm and switch to Yinlin via Outro., With Yinlin's Intro, Sinner's Mark is applied onto enemies. Next, cast her Resonance Liberation to apply more Sinner's Marks and deal damage., Use Resonance Skill to hit all enemies with Sinner's Mark. Do more Basic Attacks to continue filling her Forte gauge, followed by another Resonance Skill., Use Heavy Attack once her Forte Circuit is full to consume all Judgement Points and deal significant damage. This will also convert all Sinner's Marks into Punishment Marks., Once her Concerto Gauge is full, switch to Iuno to trigger her Outro Skill, providing Electro DMG and Resonance Liberation DMG amplification to the next Resonator., When Iuno enters via her Intro, immediately cast Resonance Skill to activate Lunar Cycle. Then, jump afterwards to enter the New Moon state., In the New Moon state, use one instance of her Enhanced Skill to consume some Sentience before casting Liberation to generate some more., After her Liberation, do three Basic Attacks into one Enhanced Skill for decent damage. Then, use up her remaining Sentience with three more Basic Attacks., Once Iuno's Concerto is full, switch back to Shorekeeper to detonate the Stellarealm., Repeat until all enemies are defeated.
Augusta Electro DPS Team
Begin combat with Shorekeeper and go through her combos to build up her Concerto and Resonance gauges. Then, activate Stellarealm once available and switch out to Yinlin with her Intro., With Yinlin on-field, immediately cast Resonance Liberation and apply Sinner's Mark stacks., Use Resonance Skill to hit all enemies with Sinner's Mark. Continue applying Sinner's Mark with Basic Attacks and build up her Forte gauge., When her Forte is full, cast Heavy Attack to convert all stacks into Punishment Marks. Afterwards, switch to Augusta when her Intro is available., As Augusta, perform Prowess-enhanced Heavy Attacks and then follow it up with Echo Skill., Cast her Resonance Skill and Liberation to fill her Ascendancy stacks. Next, perform her 3-attack Resonance Skill combo to get 1 Majesty stack., Once she has 2 Majesty stacks, activate her second Resonance Liberation and enter Sworn Allegiance., During Sworn Allegiance, time is stopped for 7 seconds. Within this period, attack 9 times with Sunborne slashes and cast Everbright Protector afterwards., Once available, switch to Shorekeeper via her Intro Skill to detonate Stellarealm., Repeat until all enemies are defeated.
Yinlin Free-to-Play Team
Use Yinlin until she can activate all of her abilities and perform her full combo., Perform Yinlin's full damage combo and swap to Rover., Activate Rover's Dark Surge state and go to town on the enemies., Once Yinlin's abilities are off cooldown, swap back to her and repeat until all enemies are defeated., If your HP is low, swap to Baizhi and use all of her healing abilities until you're comfortable swapping back to your DPS characters.

Yinlin controls the puppet "Zapstring" to perform up to 4 attacks, dealing Electro DMG.
Yinlin consumes STA to control "Zapstring", dealing Electro DMG.
Yinlin consumes STA to control "Zapstring" to perform a Mid-air Plunging Attack, dealing Electro DMG.
Use Basic Attack after a successful Dodge to attack the target, dealing Electro DMG.
Magnetic Roar
The puppet "Zapstring" deals Electro DMG to the target, and puts Yinlin in Resonance Skill Execution Mode.
Basic Attack and Dodge Counter will trigger 1 Electromagnetic Blast when hitting a target.
Each stage of Basic Attack or Dodge Counter can only trigger 1 Electromagnetic Blast, up to 4 times.

When it hits a target marked with Sinner's Mark, the Sinner's Mark is replaced with Punishment Mark, lasting for 18s. Chameleon Cipher deals Heavy Attack DMG.
Basic Attack Zapstring's Dance, Resonance Liberation Thundering Wrath, and Intro Skill Roaring Storm apply Sinner's Mark to the target on hit.
Sinner's Mark is removed when Yinlin is switched out.
When a target marked with Punishment Mark takes damage, Judgement Strike will fall, triggering Coordinated Attacks to all targets marked with Punishment Mark, dealing Electro DMG. This can be triggered up to 1 time per second. Judgement Strike deals Resonance Skill DMG.
