Tolling Rally does not affect Prune herself. It caps at 4,000 ATK, a threshold typically unreachable outside a Hexerei team.

Prune is a support that relies on Swirl to buff allies.
Triggering Swirl converts her Elemental Skill Banehunter Oathhammer into the absorbed element.
With A4, hitting enemies with a converted Banehunter Oathhammer or her Elemental Burst activates Tolling Rally.
This grants teamwide DMG bonus scaling with ATK.
When a Hexerei under Tolling Rally triggers a reaction, Prune gains ATK%.
If that reaction is Swirl, the triggerer also gains ATK%.
