Tolling Rally does not affect Prune herself. It caps at 4,000 ATK, a threshold typically unreachable outside a Hexerei team.

Prune is a support that relies on Swirl to buff allies.
Triggering Swirl converts her Elemental Skill Banehunter Oathhammer into the absorbed element.
With A4, hitting enemies with a converted Banehunter Oathhammer or her Elemental Burst activates Tolling Rally.
This grants teamwide DMG bonus scaling with ATK.
When a Hexerei under Tolling Rally triggers a reaction, Prune gains ATK%.
If that reaction is Swirl, the triggerer also gains ATK%.
C1: Hits from converted Banehunter Oathhammer restore 2 Energy every 1.8s.
Total energy depends on Swirl frequency during her Elemental Burst.
C6: Extends Elemental Burst duration by 4s.

Prune excels in Hexerei teams where multiple Hexerei characters amplify each other's ATK-based buffs. Varka and Venti are premier DPS options that can trigger Swirl themselves, increasing Prune's ATK and her buff potency.

Stack multiple ATK buffers to exponentially increase Prune's DMG buff. Hexerei Resonance further boosts team damage.
