The first question you ask when building around Robin Summeretto is: can I afford to skip a healer? The answer depends on your Eidolons, your gear, and how fast you can kill. Robin SP, as the community calls her, is a support who also deals damage, which makes her a natural fit for aggressive teams that want to end fights before the enemy gets a second turn. But she also works in safer setups. Here is how to build for both approaches. Robin Summeretto fills a support and sub-DPS role at the same time. She amplifies her teammates’ damage while contributing her own, which makes her useful in hypercarry compositions and dual-DPS lineups alike. Her flexibility means she can take the spot that would normally go to Tribbie or Cipher in many comps, freeing those premium units for the other side of endgame content. At E0, she works in top-tier teams but usually needs a sustain unit. At E1, sustainless play becomes noticeably more reliable because her damage and utility ramp up early enough to close out fights before the team takes lethal damage. Team compositions include Ashveil, Mortenax Blade, and Tribbie with Robin SP; Sparxie, Silver Wolf LV.999, and Yao Guang (sustainless); Himeko Nova, Welt, and Mortenax Blade; Saber and Gilgamesh with Mortenax Blade; Archer and Rin Tohsaka with Sparkle; and Castorice and Evernight with Hyacine. If you lack Tribbie or Cipher, Robin SP is a strong pickup. Her E1 is the bigger question. For F2P players, E0 Robin SP is still strong. Sustainless teams work when your damage output is high enough to end fights fast. Hyacine is Robin SP’s best sustain partner. Tribbie and Cipher become free for other content when Robin SP is in the lineup. E1 Robin Summeretto makes sustainless play significantly more viable.
