The so-called "scientific method" is so odious. It separates "facts" and "values," and forces you to accept all "facts" — even those you despise the most! In the past, people used to say "facts triumph over everything," "face the facts," "truth prevails"... But the good news is, the mass media has led a revolution concerning "truth": Whereas there used to be only one "truth" in the world, now we can choose our preferred "truth" based solely on our preferences.
