Multiple Poppin' Stick Carnival damage cannot be stacked. Poppin' Stick Carnival damage counts as skill damage. If any 1 volt or frost weapon is equipped, Poppin' Stick Carnival damage is increased to 1.3 times. In addition, Poppin' Stick Carnival damage is not affected by any damage boost effects except from titan equipment's rare stats, and won't trigger additional attack effects.
