Endministrator—early game dps

This budget build gets Endministrator going from level 15 to 30. Roving MSGR supplies flat Agility and a conditional 20% Physical DMG bonus while HP stays high. Sundering Steel is an F2P weapon that boosts Agility and Physical damage, letting the protagonist carry early content until Grizzled Edge and Grand Vision are available.

Agility is Endmin's main attribute, so Roving MSGR's flat Agility bonus is efficient before high-tier gear exists.

Sundering Steel and Prominent Edge both provide Physical DMG and Attack, covering the stats that matter most early.

Swap to Grand Vision and Grizzled Edge once you reach late game and have enough resources.

Roving MSGR is craftable early from Ferrium Components and gives +50 Agility.
At high HP, the set adds 20% Physical DMG, which suits Endmin's on-field playstyle.
Sundering Steel is a free reward from the first Operational Manual node, making this build very accessible.

Rossi—endgame dps

This endgame build turns Rossi into a hard-hitting sub-DPS. Lupine Scarlet supplies the mixed stats she wants, while MI Security raises her crit and attack to line up with the crit buffs from her Combo Skill. In rotations, Rossi debuffs with Razor Clawmark, converts Arts Inflictions into Vulnerability, and then detonates her Ultimate for a large Heat burst. The armor piece also improves Ultimate Gain, keeping her rotation smooth.

Lupine Scarlet is the first choice because it gives Critical Rate, Agility, Heat DMG and Physical DMG, all of which Rossi uses. Its Fracture effect stacks quickly with her multi-hit skills, especially the Ultimate.

The MI Security set adds more Critical Rate and a stacking ATK buff, which lines up with the Combo Skill's Critical Rate and Critical Damage buffs.

Glorious Memory is a solid second pick if Lupine Scarlet is unavailable, but only the Ultimate gets the Twilight bonus. Sundering Steel is the best F2P fallback, though its Physical DMG Boost does not help the Heat-based Ultimate.

Use Prominent Edge early on or as a low-cost substitute until higher rarity options appear.

MI Security's set effect raises Critical Rate and stacks ATK on crits, amplifying the crit damage bonus from Combo Skill.
Redeemer Gloves serve as an off-piece here; equip them with the two MI Security accessories to complete the set.
This build focuses on Rossi as a bursty sub-DPS who debuffs the target and then unloads her Ultimate.

This early game build is a budget setup for new players. Sundering Steel gives a straightforward Physical damage boost and Agility, while the full Roving MSGR set adds more Agility and a conditional Physical damage increase. It makes Rossi easier to play before her crit-heavy endgame gear is available, letting her use Battle Skill and Combo Skill to apply Vulnerability and deal steady single-target damage.
