Aurelia is a Main DPS who deals damage in a unique way: besides attacking normally like other characters, she can also keep dealing damage while moving quickly, making her highly mobile in a fight. The trade-off is that she struggles to damage mobile bosses, and her out-of-combat mobility is impaired — she can glide easily but cannot climb walls.
Strengths
- Deals damage from her Basic Attacks, Skill, and Ultimate, with a bulk of her output coming from empowered Basic Attacks.
- Can keep attacking while moving quickly, making her very mobile during combat.
- Glides easily, giving her good traversal mobility when travelling between fights.
- Her passive Harmonics deals extra Psyche DMG after Nova is applied, making her a strong fit for Discord teams.
Weaknesses
- Can have a hard time dealing damage to mobile bosses.
- Cannot climb walls, which hurts her mobility outside of combat.
- Needs her Skill to enter the Cadenza state, so her damage drops while it is on cooldown.
- Rated only C Tier overall, so she is not a top-tier damage dealer.
Best Arcs
Aqua Astra: Increases the wearer's Psyche DMG by 12%. Increases Crit DMG dealt by 2.00% for 5s when dealing Psyche DMG, up to 10 stacks; triggers at most once every 0.1s.
Jawbreaker's Candy: Increases the wearer's DMG by 22%. Increases this effect to 28% against enemies with HP below 50%.
Ora Puncher: Increases the wearer's Basic Attack DMG by 2% for 10s after each Basic Attack, up to 10 stacks. Each stack lasts independently.
Best Cartridge
Epic (2): Psyche DMG +10%. Legendary (4): Increases wearer's DMG by 18%. The bonus becomes 36% against units affected by Nova or Stain.
Best Main Stat: CRIT Rate/DMG
- Best substats: CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG, DMG, ATK%, Cycle Intensity.
- Prioritize CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG to maximize her damage output.

Best Teams
Aurelia is the team's Main DPS, staying on the field the most and dealing damage with her Jellyfish. Haniel supports by increasing team damage and dealing additional damage with Hootie, while Daffodill is the Sub-DPS who easily Breaks enemies and inflicts Nova alongside Aurelia for massive Mental Damage. The final slot goes to an Incantation Support — Adler or Sakiri — to round out the team.

Stays on the field the most and deals damage with her Jellyfish.
Haniel
Support (Flex)
Increases team damage and adds damage with Hootie; can be swapped for Fadia for extra damage mitigation.
Daffodill
Sub-DPS
Easily Breaks enemies and inflicts Nova alongside Aurelia, dealing massive Mental Damage.
Sakiri
Support (Flex)
Pushes the team's damage higher and enables Scorch into Discord; can be swapped for Adler for survivability.
Alternatives
Open with buffs: Haniel Skill → Haniel Ultimate → Sakiri Hold Skill → Sakiri Ultimate.
Swap to Daffodill to trigger Scorch, then use her Skill and Ultimate to whittle down the enemy's Break bar.
Swap to Aurelia to trigger Nova, which in turn activates Discord, then use her Ultimate and Skill to enter Cadenza.
Hold Basic Attack to enter Staccato and move around the battlefield to continuously deal damage while dodging attacks.
Once Cadenza wears off, swap back to reapply buffs or deal Sub-DPS damage, then repeat the rotation from the top once Aurelia's Skill is off cooldown.
- This composition assumes Sakiri and Daffodill have full Cycle Energy.
- The team uses the Discord Esper Cycle to quickly Break enemies, alongside damage from Scorch and Nova empowered by Aurelia.
- With Sakiri, the team can apply Scorch on enemies and in turn trigger Discord.
Skill Priority
Cadenza Aria (Skill)
Upgrading the Skill only improves the damage it deals, so you can hold off until after her Basic Attack and Ultimate are upgraded.
Dissonance (Support Skill)
There is no need to upgrade Aurelia's Support Skill immediately — hold off on upgrading this until later.
Canon Chorus (Ultimate)
A powerful attack that deals damage while also pulling targets together. Upgrade this after her Basic Attack.
Capella (Basic Attack)
A bulk of Aurelia's damage comes from her Basic Attacks, so prioritize leveling this up first.
Awakening Priority
Bygone Fuge
Increases the amount of Crescendo stacks Aurelia can get to 20, allowing her to reach up to 20% bonus ATK as long as her jellyfish attacks enemies.
Unique Melody
Allows Aurelia to enter the Cadenza state when performing a Critical Dodge or using her Support Skill. This lets her enter Cadenza while her Skill is on cooldown and also extends Cadenza's duration if it is already active.
Futuristic Prelude
Buffs Aurelia's Crit Rate while she is in the Cadenza state, improving her damage output.
Trio Rest
Improves the damage that Aurelia's Ultimate does when it is used while she is in the Cadenza state.
Simple Melody
Increases the Crit Rate of Aurelia's Ultimate, potentially increasing the damage that it deals.
Staff Gap
Improves Aurelia's Defense when she casts Staccato, which she enters by holding her Basic Attack button. This improves her survivability while she moves around the battlefield.
How to Play
Aurelia is a Main DPS who stays on the field for the majority of the fight. Start by having a Lakshana or Chaos character with full Cycle Energy open combat so you can swap to Aurelia and immediately trigger Stain or Nova (Nova is the recommended Eclipse Cycle thanks to her passive). Apply every buff and shield your team can activate, then run Aurelia's rotation: Skill to enter Cadenza, hold dodge to enter Staccato and move while attacking, use her Ultimate to clump enemies, and swap out once Cadenza expires to reapply buffs or deal Sub-DPS damage. Repeat when her Skill is off cooldown.

Assumes Sakiri and Daffodill have full Cycle Energy.
Tips
- If you have a Lakshana or Chaos character with full Cycle Energy, start combat with them as the active character so you can swap to Aurelia and immediately trigger Stain or Nova.
- Apply all buffs before swapping to Aurelia — she is the Main DPS and stays on field most of the fight, so avoid unnecessary swapping that lowers her DPS uptime.
- Always use Aurelia's Skill (Cadenza Aria) first: it deals damage and enters the Cadenza state, which increases the damage output of her jellyfish.
- Keep moving while in Staccato to dodge enemy attacks and keep enemies in range of your automatic jellyfish blasts.
- Use Canon Chorus (Ultimate) to group enemies together, making it easier to hit multiple enemies while in the Cadenza state.
- Run Aurelia in a Discord team — her passive Harmonics deals extra Psyche DMG after Nova is applied, and it can trigger after the enemy Breaks from the Discord activation she applies with Nova.
- Once Cadenza runs out, swap back to other characters to reapply buffs or deal damage with your Sub-DPS, then repeat her rotation when her Skill is off cooldown.
