A TierDaffodill Build Guide
Daffodill is a unique Break-Burst DPS who excels at dealing high damage when the enemy's weakness is about to break. However, she has strict timing and damage windows, placing her in A-tier.

Best Arcs
Increases Break Intensity by 60. Seals Arc: Black Tome with two chains. Unleashes 1 chain per Support Skill cast. Arc: Black Tome summons a tome for 20s, marking enemies every 5s, increasing Chaos DMG by 20% and dealing additional Chaos DMG on break.
Increases Break Intensity by 48. Increases DMG by 10% against Broken units.
Grants 10 Ultimate Energy when casting a Redirect Skill, up to once per 20s.
Best Cartridge
2-piece: Chaos DMG +10%. 4-piece: Ignore 12% Chaos RES, ignore 24% Chaos RES for 20s after participating in Nova or Scorch.
Best Main Stat: CRIT Rate or Break Intensity
- CRIT Rate is general choice; Break Intensity focuses on her role as Burst-Break DPS.

This team focuses on Scorch reactions, continuously reapplying DOT on enemies. Baicang, Sakiri, and Adler have passives that improve Scorch effects.

Skill Priority
Crossed Blades (Support Skill)
Convenient way to add more damage, but less priority until other skills are leveled.
Finale (Ultimate)
Responsible for Phantom Step counters and Insight application, making it second priority.
Still Waters (Basic Attack)
Makes up a good bulk of damage due to additional break damage; used often.
Resonance (Skill)
Main bread and butter skill; can be powered up by teammates before casting for massive damage and break.
Awakening Priority
Assembly of Creations
Extends Insight uptime, which is extremely powerful. Get this first.
Eye
Increases Skill DMG per support skill cast. Get this second as her skill is a major damage source.
Mechanical March
Allows Phantom Step in more cases and gives option to reuse Finale if parry not performed.
Perfect Truth
Applies an instance of Insight when enemies are broken under Insight's effects. Not required but powerful.
In Concealment
Longer Insight duration and additional stacks provide more Break DMG bonus.
Bloom in the Lake
Ignores 15% of enemy DEF. Good but lacks synergy compared to others.
How to Play
Start combat with a Psyche or Incantation character to trigger Nova or Scorch. Use support skills to empower Daffodill's Skill (at least 2 stacks). Switch to her and use the empowered Skill for massive damage and break. Activate her Ultimate to apply Insight on enemies, increasing break damage. Use Phantom Step to parry attacks and instantly recharge her Ultimate. Run her in Discord teams to capitalize on her break capabilities and passive skill that reduces enemy break cap.
Rotations
- 1 Fadia Skill → Sakiri Hold Skill → Sakiri Ultimate → Daffodill Skill → Daffodill Ultimate → Baicang Skill and Ultimate → Daffodill Switch (Phantom Step) → Baicang Damage Rotation (Possible Scorch Trigger)
Tips
- Always use at least two Support Skills before using Daffodill's Skill.
- Save Phantom Step charges for parrying attacks to refill Ultimate.
- Prioritize applying Insight via Ultimate before big break damage.
- Pair with characters that can trigger Nova and Scorch for Discord.
