Use this Blueprint at the Smart Workshop to unlock the recipe for this item. Obtained through investigations. Item Effect: Use this item to transform into a phantom of the Scorched Horizon, dealing DMG equal to 100%/50%/20% of Max HP to normal/elite/boss enemies, respectively. It also rapidly accumulates 100% Daze and extends the enemy's Dazed state by 3s.
