Item Effect: After use, transforms into a phantom of a Thracian, dealing DMG equal to 100%/50%/15% of Max HP to Normal/Elite/Boss enemies respectively, and depleting 100% of the enemy's Cacophony Shield. (The Cacophony Shield depletion effect is halved against The Hound - Ulidim)
