Use this Blueprint at the Smart Workshop to unlock the recipe for this item. Obtained through investigations. Item Effect: Use this item to transform into a phantom of the Unfathomable, dealing DMG equal to 100%/50%/20% of Max HP to normal/elite/boss enemies, respectively. Hitting an enemy afflicted with any Attribute Anomaly triggers Polarity Disorder once, dealing DMG equal to 100% of the original Disorder DMG.
