Unique Break‑Burst DPS who specializes in dealing Break Intensity / Break Damage. Strong when hitting enemies right before they Break, but requires precise timing and support skill setup to reach peak damage.

Best Arcs
"Black Tome" — greatly boosts Break Intensity and causes the Black Tome to mark enemies, increasing the wearer's Chaos DMG to marked targets and dealing extra Chaos DMG when they take Break Damage.
Film - MANISH — increases Break Intensity and grants bonus DMG vs. Broken enemies.
Inspiration Terminator — grants Ultimate Energy when casting a Redirect Skill (triggers up to once every 20s).

Scorch team built to trigger Scorch with Baicang while using Sakiri and Adler as support/buffer. Daffodill acts as Break sub‑DPS empowered by Support Skills.
Open with a Psyche/Incantation to enable Discord/Nova when possible, then swap in Daffodill after Support Skills are applied.
Use Support Skills (Sakiri + Adler) to stack up to two Empowered charges on Resonance, then use Daffodill's empowered Skill to heavily reduce Break bar and deal burst damage.
After Daffodill's Ultimate, switch to Baicang to continue damage and trigger Scorch/Nova synergies.
- This variant focuses more on Scorch timing with Baicang and uses Sakiri + Adler for direct support/Break capability.

How to Play
Daffodill is played as a Break‑focused Sub‑DPS: empower Resonance by having teammates cast Support Skills, use her empowered Skill to chunk the Break bar and deal burst Break/Chaos damage, apply Insight with Finale, then swap to Main DPS for follow‑up. Use Phantom Step to parry and instantly refill Ultimate when possible.
Rotations
- 1 Example (Discord rotation): Fadia Skill → Sakiri Hold Skill → Sakiri Ultimate → Daffodill Skill → Daffodill Ultimate → Baicang Skill & Ultimate → Switch to Daffodill (Phantom Step to parry) → Back to Baicang for follow-up/Scorch.
- 2 General loop: Empower (Support Skills) → Swap to Daffodill → Use empowered Resonance → Use Finale when charged to apply Insight → Swap to Main DPS and exploit Break window.
Tips
- Always try to trigger at least two Support Skills before casting Resonance for maximum effect.
- Run Daffodill in Discord teams to exploit her passive that reduces enemy Break cap when Discord triggers.
