Kit Summary

Cryo bow user whose Skill chooses between two Blessings: Love deploys the off-field Palestar Crown turret, while Honor replaces her Normal Attacks with the Blessed Armament Dekhomenon. Her Burst adapts to the chosen Blessing and Seals Anastasya or up to 3 teammates to unlock powerful Palestar Edict follow-ups, and she converts Superconduct/Cryo Swirl into Stellar-Conduct/Stellar Swirl with base DMG scaling off her ATK.

Anastasya Skills

The Dawn Beyond the Everwinter

Standard 5-shot bow combo with Cryo charged shots.

Polestar's Divine Judgment

Tap: gains the Blessing of Love, deploying the Palestar Crown to bombard alongside the active character. Hold: gains the Blessing of Honor, replacing her Normal Attacks with Cryo strikes from the Blessed Armament: Dekhomenon.

To the New World

Two Bursts driven by her current Blessing: Love freezes and empowers the Palestar Crown then Seals Anastasya off-field (leading to Palestar Edict: Triumph); Honor unleashes the Armament and Seals up to 3 party members (leading to Palestar Edict: Doom).

Passive Talents

The Radiant Reign of Night

After her Skill, the party gains 12% CRIT DMG (Accolades) for 20s; Sealed characters share their Accolades with the rest of the party.

Lament for the Lost

Stellar Jubilee: Immaculate Return

Converts party Superconduct/Cryo Swirl into Stellar-Conduct/Stellar Swirl and boosts their base DMG by up to +14% from her ATK.

The Falling Snow's Favor

Out-of-combat HP regen in Snezhnaya, and the Eye of Graeae keeps its energy topped up while she is in the party.

Constellations

To Years Past, To Hearts Still Alight

Accolades now add 15% ATK for Cryo characters and 60 EM for others; her own Sealed state triples the Accolades granted to teammates.

To Winter, All Who Taste Its Bite
