Liino is rated at the very top because she brings a rare combination of team-wide ATK buffing, continuous healing, and Electric/Nature Amp from a single slot while barely costing the team anything. Her Battle Skill is cheap to fire and she keeps contributing even while benched. Her only real caveat is that her peak output leans on Arts-oriented setups to fuel her Combo Skill, but she still slides into nearly any composition.
This variant is the answer to a common endgame problem: another support on the team already owns the Eternal Xiranite aura, so Liino should carry something else. By swapping the gloves and both kit slots to LYNX pieces and keeping the high-Will Eternal Xiranite armor, she retains solid Will and Amp values while the LYNX set contributes a team-wide damage reduction effect that helps everyone survive extended fights. The build is slightly behind the primary configuration in Ultimate efficiency, so if you specifically need her Cosmovoice Stance back faster, substitute LYNX Cuirass T1 into the armor slot and Eternal Xiranite Bracing Slab T1 into a kit slot — you give up some buff potency in exchange for a noticeably quicker Ultimate. In every other respect the play pattern is identical: cheap Battle Skill entries, Combo Skill triggers off Arts Reactions, and Ultimates that apply Amp and Electrification across the enemy group.

Core Mechanics
- Vocalist Stance is opened by the Battle Skill Dazzling Focus: it deals Electric DMG on entry, then grants the whole party an ATK boost, periodic healing for allies in range, and a repeating additional attack while Liino cannot Basic Attack.
- While Vocalist Stance is up, the Combo Skill Delightful Harmonics fires whenever an Arts Reaction is applied to or consumed on an enemy, dealing Electric DMG, healing the controlled operator, and giving Liino extra Ultimate Energy.
- The Ultimate Dawnstar Concerto swaps Liino into Cosmovoice Stance, which hands out Electric and Nature Amp scaled by Will, adds an ATK boost, forces Electrification onto enemies in a wide area, and pulses damage plus healing on a beat timer.
- Ending either stance is done by pressing the Battle Skill again; doing so costs no SP but puts the skill on a short cooldown, and ending Cosmovoice Stance early forfeits the triple-strength closing burst.
- Talent Starry Boost of 1st Magnitude refunds SP when an Electric or Nature operator casts a Battle Skill shortly after Liino's Combo Skill, and Idol Zone softens incoming damage and boosts healing received for allies standing in her area.
Scaling
- The Amp portion of her Ultimate converts Will into extra percentage, so stacking Will is the main way to raise her buff ceiling; the stat has a hard cap on how much Amp it can contribute.
- Ultimate Gain Efficiency is the second lever, since faster Ultimate cycling means more Cosmovoice Stance uptime and shorter gaps between Amp windows.
- Early on she functions fine as a plain healer/buffer with basic gear, but her real payoff appears once Will and ULT Gain pieces come online and she is paired with Arts Reaction partners.
- Her value also rises with team composition: Electric and Nature allies both benefit from her Amp types and help her Combo Skill trigger via reactions.
Team Role
Liino is a purely off-field support who never needs to occupy the controlled slot to do her job. She opens with Dazzling Focus to establish Vocalist Stance, which delivers a party-wide ATK buff and steady healing to whoever is nearby, then lets her allies' Arts Reactions drive Delightful Harmonics for extra healing, damage, and Ultimate Energy. Her Ultimate converts that energy into Cosmovoice Stance, layering Electric and Nature Amp on top of the ATK buff and forcing Electrification onto groups of enemies. Because her buffs are generic, she fits into virtually any roster, but she is at her strongest alongside Electric and Nature damage dealers who generate reactions on demand and benefit from both Amp types. Her stances follow the controlled operator automatically when she is off-field, so positioning is forgiving. In practice she sits as the team's sustain-and-amp anchor while other slots carry the damage, and her low Battle Skill cost lets her keep the loop running without starving the team of SP.

Explanation
The LYNX route exists purely because Eternal Xiranite's ally buff cannot be duplicated — if a teammate already covers it, Liino gains nothing from wearing a second copy.
Two LYNX Slabs push her Will and Amp values up almost as high as the primary build while the set adds a survivability layer the Eternal Xiranite build does not offer.
Eternal Xiranite Light Armor stays in the armor slot for its raw Will, but LYNX Gauntlets T1 carries the set activation.
The LYNX Cuirass T1 plus Eternal Xiranite Bracing Slab T1 variant is a deliberate trade: less Amp strength, more Ultimate Gain, useful in fights where surviving to the next Ultimate matters more than maximizing its size.
Bedazzling Night Debut remains the weapon of choice here, with Golden Age a reasonable stand-in if the signature polearm is unavailable.
Notes
- Switch to this arrangement when an ally such as WILL Arcane or Gilberta is already holding the Eternal Xiranite 4-piece, since the set effect refuses to stack.
- Double LYNX Slab gives a strong Will and Amp baseline while the LYNX set effect adds damage reduction for the whole squad.
- If you need her Ultimate sooner, swap the armor to LYNX Cuirass T1 and the second kit slot to Eternal Xiranite Bracing Slab T1; this trades a bit of Amp power for faster Ultimate cycling.
