Wuthering Waves Rover: Havoc Build Guide
A mysterious Resonator with the power to absorb all sounds. Currently journeying to find their lost memories.
Best Echo Sets for Rover: Havoc
Best. 5-piece Havoc Eclipse is ideal for a Havoc Main DPS. Havoc DMG increases after Basic/Heavy Attacks, synergizing with Rover's kit.
2-piece Havoc Eclipse + 2-piece Lingering Tunes is a solid 2nd choice if substats are better — increases Havoc DMG and ATK, both useful for Havoc DPS.
Rover: Havoc's Best Primary Echo
Dreamless
One of the best Havoc echoes — large-area damage. Scales well when used after Resonance Liberation, making it excellent for Rover-Havoc burst.
Tambourinist
Early-game alternative for Havoc Rover for straightforward damage. Swap to Dreamless once you obtain a well-rolled Dreamless.

Best Teams for Rover: Havoc
Rover (Havoc) Premium Team
If Shorekeeper's second Inherent Skill is unlocked, she grants a 10% Energy Regen to Rover while her Stellarealm is active. Do note this team's damage will be drastically reduced against enemies immune to Havoc (e.g., Havoc Prism).
This team focuses on buffing Rover's overall damage using Shorekeeper and Roccia's buffs. Shorekeeper provides healing and party-wide Crit Rate/Crit DMG buffs; Roccia's Outro Skill grants Havoc DMG and Basic Attack DMG amplification to Rover., 1) Shorekeeper starts the battle and charges her Resonance Liberation alongside the team's Concerto Energy until the other Resonator icons glow. Cast her Resonance Liberation to set up her Stellarealm., 2) Once Roccia is fully charged, switch to her. Shorekeeper's Outro Skill will provide Crit buffs and healing while inside the Stellarealm., 3) Use Roccia's optimal combo to charge her Liberation and Concerto Energy. When Concerto Energy is full, switch to Rover to receive Havoc and Basic Attack DMG amplification., 4) Charge Rover's Forte Circuit gauge so they can enter Dark Surge and perform combos. Cast Rover's Resonance Liberation whenever possible., 5) Switch to Shorekeeper with full Concerto Energy to detonate the Stellarealm for a burst of damage., 6) Repeat the rotation until enemies are defeated.
Rover (Havoc) Free-to-Play Team
This composition prioritizes F2P options—use Shorekeeper as an upgrade for support when available to gain the 10% Energy Regen and stronger team buffs.
This F2P team relies on Sanhua to amplify Rover's Basic ATK so Rover can maximize damage during Dark Surge. Third slot can be Baizhi or Shorekeeper (if owned)., 1) Sanhua starts the battle and charges Concerto Energy while dealing damage with her ice structures., 2) When Rover is fully charged, switch to them and use their Intro Skill. Switching from Sanhua to Rover grants Rover Basic ATK DMG amplification for Dark Surge., 3) Continually use Rover's Basic Attack, avoiding enemy attacks. When fully charged, use Rover's Resonance Liberation and follow up with Dreamless Echo if available., 4) Switch back to Sanhua to recharge Concerto Energy. If healing is needed, switch to Baizhi and use their healing skill., 5) Repeat the rotation until enemies are defeated.
