Lupine Scarlet is the natural partner weapon because Rossi's frequent hits stack Fracture fast and because the weapon buffs Heat and Physical damage equally, which suits a kit split between the two. Agility and Intellect remain worthwhile secondary stats. If Lupine Scarlet is unavailable, Glorious Memory keeps the same crit and Agility shape at the cost of a weaker damage passive, while Sundering Steel and Prominent Edge serve as accessible stand-ins with the caveat that their Physical DMG bonus misses her Ultimate.

This endgame setup treats Chen Qianyu as a physical sub-DPS whose rotation fuels the whole team.
