This endgame configuration treats Rossi as a crit-driven damage dealer who also hands the team a debuff package. MI Security supplies crit rate plus a stacking attack buff after each crit, the armor adds Ultimate charge for smoother rotations, and Redeemer Gloves fill the remaining slot. Lupine Scarlet is the natural partner weapon because Rossi's frequent hits stack Fracture fast and because the weapon buffs Heat and Physical damage equally, which suits a kit split between the two. Agility and Intellect remain worthwhile secondary stats. If Lupine Scarlet is unavailable, Glorious Memory keeps the same crit and Agility shape at the cost of a weaker damage passive, while Sundering Steel and Prominent Edge serve as accessible stand-ins with the caveat that their Physical DMG bonus misses her Ultimate.

Lupine Scarlet is the pick because Rossi's multi-hit kit stacks its Fracture effect quickly, and it feeds crit rate, Agility, and both Heat and Physical damage, matching her split damage profile.

The MI Security set compounds the crit plan: it hands out crit rate up front and keeps adding attack after every crit, which Rossi triggers constantly.

Glorious Memory is the realistic substitute when Lupine Scarlet is out of reach; its Agility and crit rate mirrors the top option, but only the Ultimate sees the damage bonus, and its Twilight stacks build slowly at roughly one per half second regardless of how many Vulnerable stacks land.

Sundering Steel and Prominent Edge are budget routes; remember that the Physical DMG they provide does not apply to her Heat-based Ultimate.
