This is Yvonne's dedicated endgame carry setup, built around maximizing her single-target burst during the ultimate window. Artzy Tyrannical is the weapon of choice because it feeds the Intellect, Critical Rate and Cryo scaling her kit is built on, with Navigator as an almost equal substitute for battle pass owners and Wedge or Howling Guard as fallbacks. The four-piece MI Security set provides the Crit Rate and ATK she wants, and since the set rewards landing critical hits, her ultimate's rapid enhanced basic attacks keep the bonus stacked for the entire duration. Play the build by softening or freezing the target first, forcing Solidification, then dumping the ultimate while the enemy is Staggered so the enhanced attacks and the Freezing Point crit bonus both apply. It is a high-investment, high-reward configuration aimed at RE-Crisis bosses and trimmed medal runs.

Weapon logic: her multipliers lean on Intellect, Crit and Cryo, so the handcannon that supplies all three at once outperforms everything else in the pool.

Gear logic: MI Security hands her the exact offensive stats she scales from, and her fast empowered basic attacks keep the set's crit-triggered ATK stacks running.

Navigator is the runner-up and behaves almost identically, but it is a battle pass reward, so players without it should fall back to Wedge for Crit and Arts damage or Howling Guard as a budget Intellect/ATK option.

Artzy Tyrannical lines up with the Intellect, Critical Rate and Cryo damage her kit converts into output.
The MI Security set adds roughly 25% ATK and 10% Critical Rate on top of the raw stats each piece already carries.
Its conditional ATK effect stacks quickly because her ultimate fires a rapid stream of basic attacks while she builds Critical Rate.
