Rank #3
This endgame configuration treats Rossi as a crit-driven damage dealer who also hands the team a debuff package. MI Security supplies crit rate plus a stacking attack buff after each crit, the armor adds Ultimate charge for smoother rotations, and Redeemer Gloves fill the remaining slot. Lupine Scarlet is the natural partner weapon because Rossi's frequent hits stack Fracture fast and because the weapon buffs Heat and Physical damage equally, which suits a kit split between the two. Agility and Intellect remain worthwhile secondary stats. If Lupine Scarlet is unavailable, Glorious Memory keeps the same crit and Agility shape at the cost of a weaker damage passive, while Sundering Steel and Prominent Edge serve as accessible stand-ins with the caveat that their Physical DMG bonus misses her Ultimate.
Lupine Scarlet is the pick because Rossi's multi-hit kit stacks its Fracture effect quickly, and it feeds crit rate, Agility, and both Heat and Physical damage, matching her split damage profile.
The MI Security set compounds the crit plan: it hands out crit rate up front and keeps adding attack after every crit, which Rossi triggers constantly.
Glorious Memory is the realistic substitute when Lupine Scarlet is out of reach; its Agility and crit rate mirrors the top option, but only the Ultimate sees the damage bonus, and its Twilight stacks build slowly at roughly one per half second regardless of how many Vulnerable stacks land.
Sundering Steel and Prominent Edge are budget routes; remember that the Physical DMG they provide does not apply to her Heat-based Ultimate.
- Crit rate is the headline stat here, because the Combo Skill turns crit chance into a crit damage boost that her Ultimate then cashes in.
- Redeemer Gloves act as the off-slot piece while the armor and both cores stay on MI Security.
- Less value in stacking Physical DMG bonuses, since Rossi's heaviest hit, her Ultimate, is Heat damage instead.
- The armor's Ultimate charge helps rotations line up with team burst windows.

The early progression build leans on Rossis's Agility scaling and a cheap, complete suit. Roving MSGR provides a large flat Agility boost plus a Physical DMG increase while her HP stays healthy, letting her push through early roadblocks before her crit-based endgame setup exists. Sundering Steel is the recommended weapon at this stage because it rewards Combo Skill usage and attack while still contributing Agility. Prominent Edge is a serviceable stand-in if the primary weapon is not yet obtainable. This is a transitional setup: once crit gear and a stronger sword are available, the endgame configuration outperforms it by a wide margin.
Before heavy investment, Rossi leans on her Combo Skill and Agility scaling for output, so an Agility-stacking set gives the most efficient return per resource spent.
A full four-piece Roving MSGR build avoids the awkward partial-set problem early accounts usually run into.
The source text names a different set in its write-up than the pieces listed in its own table; since every listed piece belongs to Roving MSGR, that is treated as the intended set.
Prominent Edge is only worth slotting if Sundering Steel is still unavailable, since its ceiling is clearly lower.
- A full Roving MSGR loadout is cheap to complete and simply pushes Agility, Rossi's primary attribute, to clear early progression walls.
- Sundering Steel is the accessible weapon for this stage, boosting Combo Skill damage and attack alongside Agility.
- Prominent Edge is the lower-rarity fallback for players who have not yet secured Sundering Steel.
- The set's Physical DMG bonus requires staying above 80% HP, so avoid sitting in chip damage.

This is Endministrator's dedicated endgame configuration, built to push Crush procs and sustained Physical damage as high as possible. Grand Vision supplies the Agility, Attack, Physical DMG and Arts Intensity that the kit scales with, while the Grizzled Edge set converts every Crush or Breach application into a stacking Physical Damage Dealt buff, amplified further when the target is Staggered, Susceptible, or still holding Originium Crystals. The result is a self-sufficient main DPS that hits hard with basic attacks and skills and spikes even harder when the team feeds it four Vulnerability stacks. Swap to Eminent Repute if the squad benefits more from a shared Attack buff, or to Sundering Steel if you are still short on weapon resources.
Grand Vision is picked first because Endministrator's damage is spread across several multipliers and this weapon contributes to all of them simultaneously.
Eminent Repute is the utility swap: it hands out an Attack buff to the rest of the squad instead of maximizing personal damage.
Sundering Steel stays relevant even in the endgame thanks to its Agility and Physical DMG weapon skills, and it costs nothing but Operational Manual progress.
Grizzled Edge is chosen over other Physical sets because the Crush and Breach trigger condition is something Endministrator does constantly, and a mono-Physical team keeps the amplified version of the buff up.
Arts Intensity on the armor and gauntlets is not wasted here since it directly feeds the Crush damage procs.
- Grand Vision covers every stat the Crush role wants at once: Agility, Attack, Physical DMG and Arts Intensity.
- The Grizzled Edge set rewards applying Crush or Breach with a burst of Physical Damage Dealt, which lines up perfectly with Endministrator's rotation.
- The set bonus grows larger when the target is Staggered, carries Physical Susceptibility, or still has Originium Crystals attached.
- If you already own fully upgraded Swordmancer / Aethertech pieces, they can be substituted without losing stats since the bonuses are equivalent.

This early-game setup keeps Endministrator functional while resources are tight, roughly from level 15 to 30. Sundering Steel is the priority weapon because it is earned through early progression and boosts Agility and Physical DMG, with Prominent Edge as an equally viable alternative if it shows up first. The Roving MSGR set supplies a large flat Agility increase plus a Physical DMG bonus while HP stays healthy, matching the character's dual reliance on Agility and Physical damage. Everything is cheap to craft from Ferrium Components, so nothing here slows down your progression toward the endgame Grizzled Edge and Grand Vision build.
Sundering Steel is the default early pick because it is free from the first Node of the Operational Manual and its weapon skills boost the exact stats Endministrator uses.
Prominent Edge is listed as the fallback option for players who obtain it before Sundering Steel; both push Agility and Physical DMG.
Roving MSGR is selected over heavier sets because it feeds Agility, Endministrator's main attribute, and adds a straightforward Physical DMG multiplier.
Keeping HP high matters more than usual with this setup, since the set's damage bonus only applies above 80% HP.
This build is a stepping stone, not a destination; everything here is replaced once Grizzled Edge and Grand Vision are obtainable.
- Aimed at roughly level 15 to 30, before the Grizzled Edge set becomes available.
- Roving MSGR is inexpensive because it is crafted from Ferrium Components, which unlock as soon as Ferrium Ore can be mined.
- The set grants a flat Agility bonus and a Physical DMG bonus while HP stays above 80%, so a healer or shield keeps the second half active.
- Sundering Steel and Prominent Edge both raise Agility and Physical DMG, making either one a fine bridge until Grand Vision.

This endgame setup treats Chen Qianyu as a physical sub-DPS whose rotation fuels the whole team. Rapid Ascent gives her a stat line and Twilight proc that reward her Ultimate-centric damage pattern, while the Qingbo set accelerates her combo skill cooldown and layers Skill DMG buffs on top of every cast. The armour and kit pieces add Agility, Strength and Physical DMG so her own hits stay relevant, and the shorter cooldown on her follow-up attack means more Vulnerability stacks available for allies to consume with Crush or Breach. The result is a build that trades raw personal numbers for a constant supply of debuff windows, which is exactly what physical lineups need from her.
Rapid Ascent is picked first because her damage is concentrated in her Ultimate, so its Twilight effect and attribute boost pay off on the button that matters most.
Glorious Memory is a solid substitute if you have it from the Protocol Pass weapon supply, trading the attribute boost for a straight Agility increase.
Sundering Steel and Aspirant are the budget picks: their Agility, Physical DMG and conditional buffs all function with her kit, they simply sit below the top options.
Swordmancer Heavy Armor supplies the Agility and Strength foundation, while the Qingbo gloves and both positioning kits complete the set bonus that speeds up her combo skill.
- Qingbo lowers her Combo Skill cooldown, letting her fire Soar to the Stars more often and hand out extra Vulnerability windows.
- The set also stacks Skill DMG each time a combo skill fires, which suits the constant skill cycling in this build.
- Rapid Ascent's Twilight proc and its Ultimate-friendly stat line line up with her burst-focused damage spread.

A low-investment loadout for players who are still progressing. Chen Qianyu scales off Agility first and Physical DMG second, so Sundering Steel plus the Roving MSGR set covers both with gear that is easy to obtain. The set grants a flat Agility increase and a Physical DMG bump that stays active while her HP is healthy, and the two Gyro kits layer extra attack on top. It does not shorten her combo cooldown the way Qingbo does, so Vulnerability output is slower, but it keeps her functional as a secondary physical damage dealer until the better pieces drop.
Sundering Steel is the natural starter sword because its Physical DMG, Agility and Combative bonuses match the three things she needs most at low investment.
Roving MSGR is chosen over Qingbo here simply because it is the accessible set that still converts directly into her damage stats.
The jacket and fists carry the set effect while the two Gyro kits contribute extra attack, making the full four-piece cheap to assemble.
Once Qingbo pieces become available, this build is meant to be replaced by the endgame configuration.
- Roving MSGR hands out a large flat Agility boost, which is the attribute she leans on the hardest while leveling.
- The set's conditional Physical DMG increase while above 80% HP is easy to keep alive during early content.
- Both Gyro kits add attack on top of the set effect, so she stays usable without any rare gear.

This endgame setup turns Pogranichnik into a team engine. Thermite Cutter gives him Attack and Will while also lifting the whole squad's Attack, which compounds with the Fervent Morale buff he generates from steadily recovering SP. The Frontiers suit is the core pick: its combo skill cooldown reduction lets him cycle his stack-consuming slash more often, and its post-SP-recovery team DMG buff rewards his natural SP generation. The Bonekrusha Poncho T1 replaces the set armor slot to accelerate his Ultimate, which in turn produces more Steel Oath points and therefore more SP for everyone. Stat-wise, prioritize Flow and Will so the buffs and SP loop stay strong, with Attack as a secondary goal. The result is a support build that still contributes damage through Breach, Vulnerable consumption and the ultimate's Decisive Assault.
Thermite Cutter is chosen over his own signature because it raises both his Attack and the team's Attack while feeding his Will, which is what his buffs and SP loop scale from.
Never Rest falls to second place: the Physical DMG bonus it grants is already heavily covered by the gear he and his allies wear, so the extra buff contributes less than Thermite Cutter's teamwide Attack.
Eminent Repute is a serviceable fallback when neither premium option is owned, and Sundering Steel only really helps his personal damage since it gives no team buffs.
Frontiers is the endgame suit because SP restoration is exactly what Pogranichnik does constantly, so the party DMG proc should have near-permanent uptime.
- The Frontiers suit cuts the wearer's combo skill cooldown and, after any SP recovery from a skill, hands the team a DMG buff that does not stack.
- Bonekrusha Poncho T1 is the off-piece: it speeds up the Ultimate and adds Will plus Agility to his stat line.
- The build mixes personal stat gains with party-wide buffs, mirroring his hybrid damage/support identity.
Rank #2
This is the affordable starting point for Pogranichnik. Thermite Cutter is ideal because it pairs with him on the New Horizons banner, provides Will for his buffs, and still contributes party Attack once SP is restored. The Mordvolt Resistant set is a straightforward stat package that pushes his main attribute Will higher and gives a minor Treatment Effect bump at low HP, which keeps him upright while the account is still growing. Priority goes to Will first, then Flow, then Attack, reflecting his support-first identity. If the weapon selector was used on something else, Sundering Steel is the fallback, but expect it to only improve his own damage rather than helping the team the way Thermite Cutter does.
Thermite Cutter is the strongest free-to-play answer because it supplies Will and still helps the party's Attack after SP is regained, matching his role without any gacha luck.
If the Weapon Selector was spent elsewhere, Sundering Steel works as a damage-oriented substitute, though it offers nothing for the team.
The Mordvolt Resistant suit is chosen simply because it raises the main attribute he cares about, Will, and gives a small survivability perk for rough early fights.
Frontiers is saved for later since stat-dense starter gear matters more while the character is still being leveled.
- Mordvolt Resistant adds a flat chunk of Will to his main attribute and adds a Treatment Effect bonus while his HP sits under half.
- Thermite Cutter can be picked up alongside Pogranichnik from the New Horizons banner, which makes it the natural starting weapon.
- Essence order flips here: Will ahead of Attack, because his support role is the priority at this stage.
