Massive Energy Recharge converts into ATK after the Burst, so Energy Recharge sands stop being a pure stat tax. Strongest pick when the team already has energy covered.

BUFF SUPPORT
Candace is a 4★ Hydro support: off-field Hydro application from an HP-scaling Burst, Hydro infusion for Sword/Claymore/Polearm autos via Prayer of the Crimson Crown, and defensive utility from her Skill.
Her kit trades ceiling for flexibility — damage trails Xingqiu, healing trails Hydro healers. Build for uptime instead: stack Energy Recharge to keep her Burst, her main application source, online.

WEAPONS
Favonius Lance: BIS. Solo Hydro needs ~300% ER; with a second Hydro unit, 200–250%.
Each passive proc shaves ~20% off that requirement — prioritize CRIT Rate to keep procs flowing.
Engulfing Lightning: Next best; a large Energy Recharge stat stick.
Staff of Homa / Deathmatch: For personal damage, mainly notable at C6.
"The Catch": Best F2P option — high ER plus Burst DMG and Burst CRIT Rate.

Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City (4): Grants a 12% team DMG Bonus even off-Natlan; the 2-pc refunds Flat Energy on Nightsoul Burst.
Emblem of Severed Fate (4), or 2-pc EoSF + 2-pc Hydro DMG/Noblesse: the 2-pc's 20% ER is the baseline, 4-pc converts stacked ER into Burst DMG. Heavily contested — 2+2 is a fine fallback.
