Dialyn Stun Build
Focuses on maximizing CRIT Rate to fully leverage Dialyn's Core Skill buffs and Daze application. Use the VI-piece main stat as either Impact for more Daze or Energy Regen for more frequent EX usage.
Aim for ~100% CRIT Rate if possible, but any high CRIT Rate improves performance.
