Etheric Phantom: Rampant Brute

Use this item to transform into a phantom of the Rampant Brute, pulling nearby enemies into the center of a small area. It deals DMG equal to 100%/30%/10% of Max HP to normal/elite/boss enemies, respectively, and deals 30% additional DMG to enemies above 50% HP. If it pulls 3 or more enemies, all normal and elite enemies pulled are instantly eliminated.
