Aim for roughly 850–950+ Elemental Mastery; the exact target depends on whether an Elemental Mastery weapon is equipped.

HYPERBLOOM
Hyperbloom needs a dependable Electro trigger, and Kuki Shinobu is one of the best units for the job.

Weapon Choices
• Key of Khaj-Nisut: only beats Iron Sting at C4 if you reach 3 passive stacks with no extra field time or longer rotation.
• With 3 stacks and HP% subs it can out-EM Freedom-Sworn, but rarely beats Xiphos' Moonlight/Freedom-Sworn passives overall.
• Toukabou Shigure: performs near-identical to Iron Sting here, since its passive doesn't affect Hyperbloom damage.

AGGRAVATE OFF-FIELD DPS
Aggravate adds flat damage to the triggering Electro hit, scaling on Elemental Mastery and level — enough to make her personal damage matter while she still covers healing.

Weapon Choices
• Freedom-Sworn: lower personal damage, but competitive team buffs close the gap.
• Primordial Jade Cutter: highest personal damage of any option, near-zero utility, so it usually trails in team damage.
• Key of Khaj-Nisut: on paper her best weapon fully stacked, but 2–3 rotations to stack or forced on-field time is a net DPS loss.

Artifact Choices
• Thundersoother (4): potential BIS if you hold a near-constant Electro aura — needs 3 Electro units, or 2 Electro plus Kazuha/Venti swirling Electro.
• Thundering Fury (2) + 80 EM 2pc + Noblesse Oblige (2): so close to Gilded Dreams (4) that you should just take whichever rolls the best substats.

SUPPORT
Outside reaction teams her damage is insignificant, so build purely for utility.

Weapon Choices
• Favonius Sword: passive feeds energy to the team; run a CRIT Rate circlet or subs to trigger it reliably.
• Freedom-Sworn: in teams where she reliably triggers reactions, the teamwide buff beats Favonius.
• Key of Khaj-Nisut: highest healing, weaker utility — good when reactions are unreliable or particles aren't needed.
• The Dockhand's Assistant: same trade-off, trading utility for stronger healing.

Artifact Choices
• Noblesse Oblige (4): stack enough Energy Recharge to cast Burst off cooldown and hold the passive uptime.
• Ocean-Hued Clam (4): adds decent extra damage on a full healing build.
• Instructor (4) / The Exile (4): cheap alternatives where the ATK% from Tenacity of the Millelith (4) or Noblesse isn't useful.
