Regarding Weapon Choices: - Hakushin Ring: Provides Elemental DMG% for the team in Electro-charged teams and outperforms Prototype Amber if damage is prioritized over healing. - Sacrificial Fragments: Useful for smoother rotations as Kokomi won't need to use her Elemental Burst to reset her skill duration. Regarding Artifact Sets: - Tenacity of the Millelith (4): Allows for near 100% uptime on the 4-piece effect with proper extension of Kokomi's Elemental Skill. - Ocean Hued Clam (4): Assumes Kokomi is used only for her Elemental Skill; may overtake Tenacity of the Millelith (4) if used for on-field attacks during Elemental Burst. Regarding Main Stats and Sub Stats: - Prioritize Energy Recharge to ensure Elemental Burst can be used before the Elemental Skill expires, maintaining Hydro application. DPS DPS Kokomi aims to maximize on-field damage during her Elemental Burst's duration. Outside of her Elemental Burst, her damage is lackluster and not worth building for. Regarding Artifact Sets: - Tenacity of the Millelith (4): Offers the lowest personal damage for Kokomi but can provide a 20% ATK team buff, sometimes resulting in higher overall team DPS. BLOOM DPS This build is specifically for Bloom teams where Kokomi is the character intended to trigger the majority of Blooms. Regarding Artifact Sets: - Ocean-Hued Clam (4): Can deal more damage than other options in certain situations while increasing Kokomi's healing to handle Bloom self-damage; however, it is resin inefficient and not recommended for farming.
