Artifact Sets:
Tenacity of the Millelith (4): With proper Skill extension, nearly 100% uptime on its 4-piece effect.

BLOOM DPS
This build is for Bloom teams where Kokomi triggers most Bloom reactions.
Weapon Choices:
Sacrificial Fragments: Ranking ignores its utility to reposition Skill in emergencies—a gameplay improvement often more impactful than higher Elemental Mastery or team buffs.
Artifact Sets:
Ocean-Hued Clam (4): Can deal more damage in some situations while boosting healing for Bloom self-damage. However, resin-inefficient; not recommended to farm specifically for this set.
