Best Echo Sets for Phrolova
Best: Dream of the Lost provides unconditional Crit Rate and Echo Skill DMG (perfect fit). Pair with a 2-pc Havoc DMG Bonus (Havoc Eclipse or Midnight Veil) to cover Phrolova's lack of Havoc DMG sources.
Second best. Lingering Tunes gives ATK which is usable, but Havoc DMG bonus should generally be prioritized over ATK if possible.
Early-game option. Good temporarily but outperformed by the 3-pc Dream of the Lost composition once you can access it.

Start on Phrolova and generate Volatile Notes with Basic Attacks and Resonance Skill combos., When Volatile Notes reach 6, perform Scarlet Coda (hold Heavy Attack) to enter Resolving Chord and cast Liberation to summon Hecate., Switch to Qiuyuan via Phrolova's Outro to buff Heavy Attack DMG. Build Forte with two Basic Attacks, then cast his Echo Skill and Liberation., Use Forte-enhanced Heavy Attack string (3 hits) to consume stacks, then cast his Resonance Skill and switch to Cantarella via Outro., On Cantarella, immediately cast Resonance Skill and Liberation to stack Trance, enter Mirage, do her combos to Stagnate and heal, then use her Outro to switch back to Phrolova to buff Havoc/Resonance DMG., Repeat the rotation (Phrolova -> Qiuyuan -> Cantarella -> Phrolova) to maximize Hecate's off-field attacks; prioritize Echo Skill casts to trigger Hecate.

Phrolova F2P Team
Start on Buling and generate Thunder trigram sequences via Basic and Heavy Attacks; cast Resonance Skill and an empowered Liberation to apply Electro Flare and Resonance Skill DMG boost., When Concerto is full, switch to Phrolova and build six Volatile Notes with Basic Attacks and Resonance Skill combos., Hold Heavy Attack to perform Scarlet Coda and summon Hecate via Liberation, then switch to Danjin via Outro., Use Danjin on-field to build Forte and cast Echo Skill/Liberation (cast Echo Skills when available to trigger Hecate), then switch back to Buling and repeat the loop.
Alternative Phrolova Teams
These are interchangeable option lists rather than a single rotation. The general approach is to pair Phrolova with characters that buff Resonance Skill or Havoc DMG and provide support for repeated Echo Skill casts., Note that with fewer Echo Skill casts available in many alternative teams, Hecate will trigger far fewer enhanced attacks (often only twice), resulting in notable DPS loss compared to dedicated Echo Skill compositions.

- Cue - Basic Attack: Press Normal Attack to command Hecate to cast Basic Attack - Hecate. When Phrolova is the active Resonator on the field, for every 2 times Hecate casts Basic Attack - Hecate, the next Basic Attack - Hecate is replaced with Enhanced Attack - Hecate.
- Cue - Dodge: Press Dodge to command Hecate to dodge an attack. Hecate takes no damage from a hit successfully Dodged.
- Cue - Reset: Press Jump to reset Hecate's position.
- Cue - Curtain Call: Press Resonance Liberation to command Hecate to cast Curtain Call and end the Maestro state.
When Phrolova is not the active Resonator, Hecate takes no damage and automatically casts Basic Attack - Hecate to attack the target. When Resonators in the team cast Echo Skill, Hecate casts Enhanced Attack - Hecate to attack the target. This effect can be triggered up to 10 times in total during Phrolova's Maestro state.
