If you can't reach 250% ER, use Molten Rift for consistent damage buffs without the ER requirement.
Balance Crit Rate and Crit DMG, but prioritize Energy Regen and Basic Attack DMG Bonus because Brant's unique scaling converts ER into very large ATK (up to ~2600 ATK in Aflame).
