Best Echo Sets for Lupa
Best (5-piece). Definitive Fusion enabler kit that increases party Fusion DMG Bonus and Resonance Liberation DMG — perfect for Lupa and mono-Fusion teams.
Second best (5-piece). Provides Fusion DMG Bonus for Lupa's personal damage but doesn't buff the rest of the team. Good early-game option before Flaming Clawprint.
Third best (5-piece). Enables funneling damage to the next resonator (increases their ATK), but sacrifices Lupa's personal Fusion DMG since it doesn't provide Fusion DMG Bonus.
Lupa's Best Primary Echo
Lioness of Glory
The best option for Lupa — increases Fusion DMG and Resonance Liberation DMG. It's a summon echo so it doesn't interrupt combos and its materials are Lupa ascension materials.

Resonators with Pack Hunt gain a 6% ATK increase, and 10% Fusion DMG Bonus when they attack Overlord Class or Calamity Class targets (Both are non-stackable). If there are 3 Fusion Resonators in the team, the Fusion DMG Bonus against Overlord Class or Calamity Class targets additionally increases by 10%. When the active Resonator casts Intro Skill, Pack Hunt is enhanced, granting an additional 6% ATK increase to all Resonators in the team, up to a maximum of 18%.
