This endgame setup is built to squeeze the most out of Rossi's crit interaction. Lupine Scarlet provides Critical Rate, Agility, and both Heat and Physical damage boosts, all of which her kit actually uses, and its Fracture stack is trivial to maintain given how many hits her skills land. MI Security adds more Critical Rate and a stacking ATK buff after crits, which matters because her Combo Skill hands her a large Critical DMG boost that only pays off if she is actually critting. The Redeemer Gloves off-piece rounds the setup out while the armor contributes Ultimate energy for smoother rotations. The result is a build that works both as a hypercarry and as a debuffing sub-DPS.

Lupine Scarlet is picked first because it raises Critical Rate, Agility, Heat DMG, and Physical DMG all at once, and its Fracture effect is easy to max out with her rapid hits.

Glorious Memory is the next best pick: it mirrors the Agility and Crit Rate package but only boosts Ultimate damage, and maxing Twilight needs at least three Battle or Combo Skill casts.

Sundering Steel is the strongest free-to-play choice, though its Physical DMG bonus misses her Ultimate, which deals Heat damage.

Prominent Edge is a low-rarity filler option for early progression or when nothing better is available.

MI Security is chosen for its Critical Rate and stacking ATK effect, letting her scale the crit buffs her Combo Skill grants.

Lupine Scarlet stacks up quickly with Rossi's multi-hit kit and boosts both her Heat and Physical damage, matching her mixed damage profile.
