Jade + Herta (Trailblazer Ice)
Jade wants a DPS that hits many enemies frequently so her Follow-up attacks trigger reliably. Herta is a great F2P partner (AoE + follow-ups). Xueyi is a viable replacement vs Quantum-weak foes. General supports that provide turn advance, ATK or Energy work well, and any reliable sustain from Abundance/Preservation can fill the healer slot.
Jade + Tribbie (Erudition AoE)
Erudition characters that hit multiple enemies are excellent partners for Jade because her Follow-up talent scales with the number of enemies a teammate hits. Tribbie (support) + an AoE Erudition DPS lets Jade reliably proc extra hits; keep a sustain unit (Lingsha or any Abundance/Preservation) to maintain survivability.
Jade + Blade (AoE Non-Erudition)
Jade also pairs well with non-Erudition AoE characters — any unit that deals AoE from Basics, Skills, Follow-ups, or Ultimates will help trigger her Follow-ups. Blade is a notable synergy because his AoE and the way he interacts with Jade's Debt Collector make him particularly strong. Use AoE DPS and a turn/SP support (Sunday/Bronya/Sparkle) plus a sustain unit to round out the team.
