These Terms govern your use of Genshin-Builds, including our AI assistants and community character features. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
AI and Characters
AI responses and character outputs are generated content and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your needs. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
Character creators are responsible for the name, description, greeting, instructions, avatar, and any other content they submit. We may remove, hide, limit, or modify characters at any time.
Prohibited Content
- Illegal, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or exploitative content
- Sexually explicit content involving minors or content that sexualizes minors
- Content that violates privacy, intellectual property, or publicity rights
- Spam, malware, attempts to evade moderation, or abuse of credits and rate limits
- Impersonation or deceptive claims that a character is a real person or official representative
User Content License
By submitting character content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the Service.
Moderation
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or ban users from creating characters. We may also remove characters or preserve records to investigate abuse, enforce policies, or comply with law.
Credits and Limits
Character chats use the same credit and message limit system as our existing AI experience unless we state otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
