When a character touches a Spectral Bubble, HP recovered increases by 20%.
When a character touches a Twinkling Star, Energy generated increases by 20%.

Active Skill
Transform and take flight, randomly summoning three Spectral Bubbles or Twinkling Stars in quick succession:
When a character touches a Spectral Bubble they restore HP.
When a character touches a Twinkling Star they regain Energy.
The greater the on-field character's HP percentage, the higher the chance Miss Esme has of summoning a Twinkling Star.
