How to build Sigrid’s best teams in Zenless Zone Zero: premium, budget, and everything in between

If you pulled Sigrid in Zenless Zone Zero and wonder who to pair her with, the short answer is: anyone who can stun enemies fast and give her room to do her thing. She is a DPS character that punishes enemies who can’t move, and her whole damage rotation depends on it. Here is a breakdown of what actually works, from expensive setups to free options that still hit hard.

What Sigrid needs from her teammates

Sigrid’s kit is simple on paper but demanding in practice. She triggers Chain Attacks and Ultimate abilities during the stun window, and that is where most of her damage lives. If enemies are not stunned consistently, her output drops fast. This means the team needs two things: a Stunner who can keep the enemy locked down, and a Support who buffs Sigrid during those burst windows. Two Supports is a bad idea — without stuns, Sigrid can’t perform.

The premium squad: Sigrid, Norma, and Sunna

The smoothest version of a Sigrid team uses Norma as the Stunner and Sunna as the Support. Norma does her job without taking much field time. She applies stun, then steps aside so Sigrid can stay on the field and keep dealing damage. Norma’s off-field presence also feeds Chain Attacks, which plays directly into Sigrid’s strengths.

Sunna brings the numbers to back it up. She provides up to 1050 ATK and increases Stun DMG Multiplier by 30%. That combination creates a burst window that Sigrid can exploit fully during the stun phase. If you have both, this is the easiest team to play and the most consistent.

If you are missing Norma, you can try Nangong Yu or Dialyn instead. But Nangong Yu was designed specifically for Sunna’s team and does not work well with other Supports.

A trickier alternative: Sigrid, Dialyn, and Sunna

Dialyn plays by different rules. She converts Chain Attacks into Ultimate, which changes the standard rotation. The sequence goes like this: trigger a Chain Attack QTE, swap to Sigrid to use a converted Ultimate, then trigger another QTE to use Sigrid’s Chain Attack. It takes practice, but once the rhythm clicks, it feels faster than Norma’s setup. Norma is still the easier option for most players.

With Dialyn on the team, consider swapping Sigrid’s Drive Discs to 4pc Puffer Electro. That set boosts Ultimate DMG and ATK after Sigrid uses her Ultimate, which lines up with the converted rotation.

The F2P route: Sigrid, Lycaon, and Rina

If you do not have Norma or Dialyn, Lycaon works as a reliable on-field Stunner. He reduces Ice DMG RES by 25% and adds +35% Stun DMG Multiplier. Rina provides a PEN Ratio buff, though she needs investment to feel good — at least M1, ideally M4, and her signature W-Engine Weeping Cradle.

Other cheap options include Soukaku for ATK and Ice DMG buffs, or Nicole for DEF shred during Sigrid’s burst window. Both get the job done, but keep in mind: running two Supports means stuns come slower, and Sigrid’s damage suffers.

Other Stunners worth considering

If you have a different Stunner on your account, test these out:

• Ju Fufu raises Crit DMG, Chain Attack DMG, and Ultimate DMG, and increases Decibel capacity to 4,000. That means more Ultimates, which Sigrid loves.
• Trigger is an off-field Stunner who barely takes any field time. She increases Stun DMG Multiplier by 35%.
• Lighter lowers enemy Ice RES and boosts Ice DMG. Good for Ice DPS builds, and Sigrid fits that description.
• Qingyi offers the biggest Stun DMG Multiplier boost — up to +80% — but she demands a lot of field time. That conflicts with Sigrid’s selfish playstyle, so the fit is awkward.

Is Sigrid worth your pulls?

Sigrid is surprisingly flexible for a DPS character. She can work with many Agents, and if you already have a strong Stunner like Norma or Lycaon, she is a solid addition to your roster. Just check your pity count and look at what banners are coming before you commit. The character itself is F2P-friendly and does not demand premium teammates to function.
