How to claim a free Angels of Delusion outfit in Zenless Zone Zero
Players logging into Zenless Zone Zero during the Version 3.2 update can walk away with a free outfit for one of three agents, no gacha luck required. The Angels Support Operation event hands out the Angels of Delusion costume set, and you get to pick which character wears it.
The catch: you can only claim one, and if you miss the deadline, it’s gone for good. Here is what the event asks of you and how to make sure you don’t lose your reward.
What is the Angels Support Operation?
The event runs from the Version 3.2 update through November 30, 2026, at 03:59 server time. That is a generous window, but the limited-time missions that unlock the outfit appear across Versions 3.2 and 3.3, so you cannot wait until the last day to start working on them.
To even see the event page, you need Inter-Knot Level 20 and must have finished Main Story Chapter 1 – Intermission. Most active players who have cleared the early game should meet those bars without much trouble.
Three outfits, one choice
The Angels of Delusion set includes a distinct costume for three agents. You pick exactly one, and the decision is permanent per account.
- Nangong Yu: Heartfelt Support — a costume for the agent some teams rely on as a core support unit.
- Aria: Cuteness Loading — a lighter, playful look for Aria fans.
- Sunna: Delusions in Business — a sharper style for Sunna players.
If you do not own Nangong Yu, Aria, or Sunna right now, do not worry. Claiming the outfit adds it to that agent’s appearance menu permanently. It will be waiting there the day you pull them.
How the missions work
The event drops three limited-time missions, each unlocking after the previous one during Versions 3.2 and 3.3. Complete all three, and you earn the right to claim your chosen outfit from the event page.
Here is the part that trips some players up: finishing the missions is not enough. You still need to go into the event UI and manually claim the reward before the event ends. If you clear the third mission on the last day but forget to tap the claim button, the reward is not reissued. The event page itself closes at 04:00 server time the day after the event ends.
What to do before the event starts
A little preparation saves you from scrambling on launch day.
- Get your Inter-Knot Level to 20 or higher if it is not there yet.
- Complete Main Story Chapter 1 – Intermission. The event will not appear until that chapter is done.
- Decide which of the three outfits you want ahead of time. Cosmetic items are personal, so go with the agent you use or plan to use most.
- Set a reminder before the November 30, 2026 deadline so you do not lose your claim.
A genuinely free cosmetic
Free outfits in gacha games often have strings attached — a battle pass tier, a paid currency bundle, or a grueling grind. The Angels Support Operation skips all of that. Complete three missions across two patches, pick a costume, and it is yours. The only real risk is forgetting to claim it before the clock runs out.
