When Billy uses his EX Special Attack/Assist Follow-Up/Chain Attack/Ultimate, he gains 2/2/4/4 stacks of Charge (up to 4 stacks). When Billy performs a piercing attack in a large area around him during Dash Attack: Starlight Sanction, press Basic Attack to consume 1 stack of Charge and trigger the skill repeatedly, increasing its DMG by 150%. When the effect is triggered, Billy's CRIT Rate increases by 20% for 10s. The effect stacks up to 2 times. Repeated triggers reset the duration.
