Item Effect: When equipped, this item grants three Alter Skills: Perfect Block, Phase Dash, and Powerful Slash. [Powerful Slash Enhancement] Perfect Block increases Daze buildup against normal/elite/boss enemies by 100%/50%/25%, respectively. Against enemies at Lv. 40 or higher, Powerslash deals 50% less DMG.
