[Blueprint] Etheric Phantom: Heretic Jester

Blueprints can be used to unlock crafting recipes for the corresponding Items at the Smart Workshop. Can be obtained through investigation and exploration. Item Effect: After use, transform into a phantom of the Heretic Jester, entering a brief Stealth state and disengaging from combat. While in Stealth, press "Basic Attack" to instantly eliminate any Normal/Elite enemy hit, dealing DMG equal to 20% of a Boss enemy's Max HP.
