[Blueprint] Etheric Phantom: Rampant Brute

Blueprints can be used to unlock crafting recipes for the corresponding Item at the Smart Workshop. Item Effect: Upon use, transforms you into a phantom of the Rampant Brute, pulling nearby enemies within a small area toward the center; deals DMG equal to 100%/30%/10% of Max HP to normal/elite/Boss enemies respectively. Deals an additional 30% DMG to enemies with HP above 50%. If 3 or more enemies are pulled, normal and Elite enemies among them are instantly eliminated.
